The View is absolutely unbeatable, a fantastic dream of a location for the Rome experience. Mirko is awesome and a legend, he was very helpful and even came back to help open the place when I forgot my passport! He was the best.

A kettle would be nice but managed with a pan and stove just fine,!

The bed was comfortable but it had no bedding except for one sheet and a short foot quilt.
The kitchenette sink leaked and was not even fastened into the cupboard.
The AC, leaked everywhere.
The Jacuzzi leaked water, hose and tap was not connected properly.
The shower had no door so water went everywhere.
Paint peeling off walls and ceilings.
Was definitely not worth the money.

Location was unreal. So beautiful. Located in a really safe building with lots of security. The host was super helpful and has lots of information regarding restaurants and local activities. He even allowed us to check in earlier which was extremely helpful. Also had breakfast restaurants downstairs.
Nothing was bad, just make sure if you’re taking public transportation that you go through the retro train station at colosso instead of walking the whole way around.

The best view in Rome, Mirko is a fabulous host and this property and its views beat all expectations, beds were comfortable, bathrooms a great size, and the property was spotlessly clean. We had a fabulous stay and would stay again when in Rome

THE VIEW/LOCATION can NOT be beat!! A coffee shop right downstairs with drinks and gelato, great restaurants nearby. Metro station is close. They left nice drinks in the fridge with some additional availble for purchase (like a mini bar).
Check in time is late (5pm) and check out is early (10am). That being said, they worked with us and allowed us to check in early at 1pm so we could make a tour. No iron, but they offered to let us use theirs. AC was so-so.

- the jacuzzi looks good only in the photos
- the building has 5 floors and this apartment is in the second floor. You can literally hear everyone in the building when they flush the toilet in high acoustics. The same goes to the all the outside noises. We could hear every conversation from the people outside

The apartment was in a great location and had an amazing view.
Noise....!!! Street noise until 2am followed by loud builders at 6am gave us very bad night sleep. Although a lovely apartment unfortunately this ruined our time here.

Right next to the subway station. Best view from the window in Rome.
The apartment is actually 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom ensuits.
The beds were nice, we had a great stay !
