L' appartamento è posto all' interno di un cortile, il quale fornisce una certa quiete ed un senso di sicurezza globale, cosa che a Siviglia non è del tutto scontato. L' appartamento è posto al terzo piano, ma l' ascensore fa' il suo dovere. Le dimensioni sono più che accettabili per due persone. È composto da una piccola cucina, ma attrezzata di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, pentole, detergenti, macchina caffè espresso, bollitore acqua calda, microonde, piano cottura, frigo e lavatrice), un salottino con divano e tavolo da pranzo, una camera da letto con armadio e un bagno con vasca e bidet, completo di biancheria, sapone e asciugacapelli. Dispone di aria condizionata, ma nel mio periodo non ne ho avuto bisogno e quindi non mi dichiaro. Anche perché il periodo migliore per visitare Siviglia va da Ottobre a Maggio (a giugno, luglio e agosto, si raggiungono temperature estreme). La posizione è a 15-20 min. a piedi dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni. Carrefour e MAS, a 5 min. Locale per colazione a 5 min. (Almazen Cafè), Panetteria 10 min (Panypiu), tipico locale storico per tapas (Bar Alfalfa - ordinate e ritirate i piatti e poco più avanti La Bodega, più comodo e secondo me, migliore). Sulla stessa strada, visitare la Casa de Pilatos, il lunedì dalle 15:00 gratuita (andare almeno 30' min. prima). L' appartamento si presenta ben pulito, dai pavimenti ai sanitari, dalle lenzuola alle stoviglie. Il proprietario, Javier, è simpatico e disponibile, contattabile tramite Whatsapp. La fermata del pullman per/da l' aeroporto dista una passeggiata di 15 minuti in La Buhaira AV. (denominato autobus EA) che impiega 20/25 min. per/da l' aeroporto (5€ pax). Un dieci e lode al materasso del letto, perfetto per un gradevole riposo dopo le lunghe camminate giornaliere. A 10 min. ulteriori fermate dell' autobus per raggiungere i punti più lontani (quartiere Triana, Plaza de Espana, Le Setas, ecc.).

Il costo è un po' più alto della media, anche nella stessa strada (C. Vidrio), ma sicuramente è una spesa ben riposta per il fatto di non avere traffico di auto, di persone e soprattutto di rumorosi vicini e locali notturni. L' appartamento tutto è un po' datato, anche il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato con una ampia doccia al posto della vasca, ma tutto è efficiente, pulito e funzionale. Inoltre consiglierei Javier di sintonizzare qualche canale estero alla TV, in funzione della nazionalità degli inquilini.

The apartment is in a central area in the old town with secure, gated entrance. Javier met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. He also recommended the best way to get to the airport on departure!

Sadly, the weather wasn't as hot as it had been further south but that made sight-seeing a lot more comfortable!

Great location - close but quiet and private, well equipped flat with enough space and a lovely balcony view. Valued having a washing machine, iron, cooking facilities, etc. Our host Javier was very friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novalia Home Suite, and I have to say, it was one of the best ever. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked kitchen. One of the things I loved most about Novalia Home Suite was its location. It's situated in a heart of the city in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, historical sites, and shops within walking distance. But despite its central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Of course, no great Airbnb experience is complete without a great host, and Javier is truly exceptional. From the moment I booked the apartment, Javier was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing detailed instructions for check-in and offering plenty of tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. In short, I can't recommend Novalia Home Suite highly enough. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located apartment with an exceptional host, this is the place to stay. I look forward to returning soon!

The apartment is really great, looks amazing, is placed in a good zone with walking distances to see everything. The owner Javier is a really great host, he waited us to give us the key but also shared with us some recommendations of restaurants and terraces where to have a drink. The space in the apartment is more than enough for 2 persons, it has also a small kitchen in case you want to prepare something. Definitely would recommend this location.
