Location and it was quite peaceful.
The room was a bit tired, could do with some redecorating including shower cubicle door seals, also towels had seen better days. Surprised to be given a room with carpet when we had a dog with us.

Location is excellent
We did enjoy our stay. Excellent location. Fabulous meal.
Only problem was that we had 2 elderly parents, both disabled and we booked the accessible room and shower was over bath so neither could access a shower.

This our second visit here and we really enjoy it. We are normally out on ridiculously long hikes but this is our chill out break. The staff are wonderful; always there to help and offer suggestions on place to walk or visit.
We love the farm shop and the rooms. We stayed in Lavender this time and it was more like an apartment, with a fridge and microwave. The small farmers market was nice so we will be looking at the next events when we are free.
The breakfast in the morning was lovely.
We have eaten the Sunday lunch sharer before and it was outstanding but our meal this time was a little bland, the chips were terrible - not what we expected after our last experience.

Loved the location and the overall farm vibe.
It was a bit awkward the following morning the lady at the counter didnt believe me when I said id stayed as a guest overnight. Definitely felt like she thought I was lying to her which was really strange. Even after handing in my room key and saying the name of the room Id been in she still treated me a bit weirdly compared to when the other guests came along.
