Luxury condo with amazing bay front view
Attenzione agli amanti della natura! Questo splendido condominio 3 BR 2 BA South Bay sulla 5th Street bayside offre tutti i comfort di casa, dai nuovi elettrodomestici alle spaziose camere da letto e alla zona giorno. Le dimensioni del letto includono 1 regina in BR1, 1 regina nella seconda camera da letto, 2 letti singoli in BR3, oltre a un letto estraibile di dimensioni complete nel divano del soggiorno, che può ospitare fino a 8 ospiti. L'unità ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza, e una cucina completamente attrezzata con piatti e pentole e padelle. L'accogliente sala da pranzo può ospitare la famiglia e gli amici per i pasti o il divertimento di gioco. Goditi l'incredibile balcone della baia con viste rilassanti sull'acqua e forse scorgere la famiglia di foche locali che amano passeggiare sulla piccola isola protetta proprio di fronte all'acqua! Il proprietario ha fornito un telescopio per osservare meglio questi adorabili sigilli e il loro nuovo bambino. Avrai voglia di goderti la tua vacanza qui ogni anno! Nota: l'ospite fornisce lenzuola e asciugamani. Presso la struttura è presente un parcheggio per 2 auto. Questa è una unità non fumatori. Non sono ammessi animali, per favore.

Perfect for our family vacation! All the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful bay views and close to the boardwalk. Loved the balcony and access to fishing. Would have liked to have a grill, but the kitchen worked just fine. A bit of a pain to check in as check in required a stop at the office which is not on the property. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Location is great. Right on the bay with a balcony overlooking the water. We hung outside and watched dolphin, boats, and beautiful sunsets. Great spot!

Recalibrate your expectations of a luxury experience.
When I walked in to central reservations. Steve P. looked me up and down before he greeted me (the same occurred with the associate we later had to call for TV issues). That immediately foreshadowed the level of service I would receive. As I listened to the other associate walk a family through their rental in detail with how to contact the office and their hours if anything were to go wrong, I knew Steve was doing the bare minimum. It made me feel that I was not in an inclusive environment.
If you choose to rent this location, here is what is not disclosed (but does show up in other reviews): The wifi in the front bedrooms is very weak-phones and the smart TVs will often lose connection. The front bedroom left TV was inoperable the entire time and after numerous calls, was never resolved. Poor customer service from Central Reservations (which is who you will be dealing with - not the owner).
Safety: The security latch on the door is coming out of the screws and was that way before we arrived, but was not addressed.
Quality: Average cleaning done - dishes, cups and flatware still dirty, drawers and cabinets not inline, vertical blind missing, refrigerator tray loose. Fair overall cleanliness - other reviews affirm this. Very little quality checking done on this property. I took pictures of all the issues.
Overall, the value is not here for the cost, this condo is not luxury. Disappointing. Just calibrate your expectations. I also left a similar review on the paper evaluation they provide at the property.
