The property was very well-maintained, centrally located, with only a couple of stops from Manhattan. The metro station is around 8-10min walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were polite, friendly and accommodating.
While there are many hotels in the vicinity, the neighborhood is not fabulous. The walk to and from the subway isn't great. Too many people out on the streets, loitering and passing comments,. We ended up taking a longer route to the hotel via the 38th, which seemed more safer.

Struttura nuova, pulita e ordinata, punto a favore sicuramente la prima colazione, che per NY ti permette sicuramente di risparmiare. Vicinanza, (circa 600 m.t.) dalla stazione della metropolitana (21 th str./Queebsboro).
L’Hotel si trova in una zona in via di riqualificazione, dove però la strada è ancora lunga… ( pur non avendo avuto particolari problemi)

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Their attention made it very welcoming. The breakfast was good.
The pictures of the hotel were a bit deceiving. The location is not the best but convenient to local stores and transportation. The room was small, the pillows were the WORST. The view, what view? Lol, but construction. Not pleasant when you have to live out of your suitcase for the 2 weeks we were there because you only have a small closet and no dresser to put your clothes away. I don't think I'll be staying there again.
