Fuggi in questo angolo di paradiso recentemente rinnovato, a soli 3-5 minuti a piedi dalla nostra spiaggia privata nella nostra associazione privata. 4 bdrms, 2 bagni completi, più e doccia esterna riscaldata. Soggiorno con camino in marmo, cucina da banco in granito con tutti i comfort con stufa a jennair, aria condizionata, sala TV con TV LCD, lettore DVD, 3 TV in totale, terrazza privata in mogano. Se riesci a staccarti da casa, goditi la bellissima spiaggia privata e i migliori tramonti a Cape Cod. Splendidamente decorate, lavatrice e asciugatrice fornite .... internet wireless fornito. Massimo di 4 auto.

Comfortable but outdated furnishings in a retro 70’s style. Dispite that, it has pretty much everything we need for the week. Some odd rules including some that may have been partially carried over from Covid. Basement rooms (sleeping 2) were a bit musty.

We really enjoyed staying at Nancys house! It is exactly as described in the listing. Well furnished with everything you need from cooking pots/pans to beach chairs and much more. Nancy was a great communicator! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazing beach access
4 adults and 4 kids under 7 stayed for a week and loved the beach and the simplicity of the house. The extra lounge chairs and floats came in handy and we’re enjoyed by the whole crew. Thanks for having us!

Great location
Very quiet, private and charming house, short walk to beautiful beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a very nice stay and I recommend this property. For out of state travelers like our group, we flew to Boston and drove two hours to the property, and having to order a linen service is kind of a hassle. It is tiring to travel and then make beds when arriving. But other than that, it is a great rental and we enjoyed our stay.

This is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the beach was only a short walk away. With the hours we kept we lucked out to have the tide at low everyday. You can walk for what seems like miles but the tide comes in much faster than when it goes out so make sure you keep an eye out for whaere you are.

We had a great stay in this sweet, cozy home. The beach was a short 3-4 minute walk away, on a road littered with adorable bunnies. The house was very comfortable for our group of two adults and two kids. The deck was large and nice for eating and/or lounging and watching bunnies, and the outdoor shower was huge. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. We had a great time.

We had a great stay in this sweet, cozy home. The beach was a short 3-4 minute walk away, on a road littered with adorable bunnies. The house was very comfortable for our group of two adults and two kids. The deck was large and nice for eating and/or lounging and watching bunnies, and the outdoor shower was huge. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. We had a great time.

Fun Times in Cape Cod!

Nancy was very easy to work with and very responsive. The location of the house is excellent- short walk to a wonderful beach and very close to excellent restaurants. The house could use some updating but honestly, it’s great for a vacation. Would love to come again.

Great location
We had an awesome time staying here, it was just a short walk to the beach. That came in so handy as we'd head to the beach in the morning, but could walk back to the house for lunch, then head back to the beach. The sunsets were amazing, and the kids had a great time playing in the tidal pools when the tide went out! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hidden gem
The owner is awesome. She was very responsive and communicated all updates because of COVID. Check in was a breeze. The house was great. It had everything we needed. And the best part was the 4 min walk to the private beach. At low tide the sandbars go forever. Think Mayflower without any of the crowds. Definitely will be coming back next year!

Nice week close to the beach
The house was clean and comfortable as advertised, the kitchen is more than adequate. the location is great, close to the center and most importantly a 3 minute walk to the neighborhood's private beach access. This stretch of beach is great. At high tide, the water stays deep enough for a good swim for about 2 hours and at low tide, miles of tidal flats go in all directions, including maybe a mile off shore. Will definitely rent this house again.

Plenty of room , beds are comfortable, beach outstanding. A little disappointed in the walk to the beach. It is stated the beach is 500 ft from house, I believe its a lot more. The house is nestled in the woods, with a dirt road that leads to it. There is a musty smell in the basement area where the two beds are. Pots and frying pans can use a total update. My family had a great time and enjoyed the stay at the house. The private beach is awesome.

Enjoying Cape Cod
House is a typical Cape Cod House!
We were 6 adults and 3 kids. Even though the house can sleep that many...it was tight! The outside warm water shower helped since there was only two bathrooms. A half bath downstairs would have helped.
The window air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work properly. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been nice.
The house was nicely furnished.
The kitchen was well equipped.
Nice deck and grill. Hydrangeas were beautiful. Two easy blocks to the beach...fun mud flats when the tide was out...lots of critters for the kids to enjoy. Weather was perfect!

Love this place! Comfortable beds, nice decor, private and just a short stroll to the beach!
We absolutely loved this property from the second we walked in we felt like we were at home! Very private backyard with large deck, outdoor shower, beds were comfortable and just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! Neighbor's also were very nice and spoke highly of the owner Nancy....didn't want to leave!

Best Brewster Rental
We stayed in this home June 12 - 19, 2010
This is a beautiful house that is just as nice as the pictures show. It was clean and tastefully decorated.
There is NOTHING you will need missing from pots to the lobster crackers, beach chairs and toys.
This house has everything.
The owner is so nice, bubbly, and responsive.
When we used the wash machine it would not completely drain. Within a few hours of calling the home owner she had bought and installed a brand new machine. You can't get better than that.
I would highly recommend this home and will return for future vacations.
