Per la stagione 2020 accetteremo prenotazioni solo da fine ottobre, grazie per la vostra comprensione. 70 km da Avignone e Mont Ventoux, casa indipendente alla periferia di un personaggio del villaggio quotata.
Concepita dal proprietario su bancheous (terrazze) la casa è appoggiata contro la roccia della collina, che gli permette una vista eccezionale sulla pianura e sui suoi campi di lavanda. Lontano dai sentieri battuti troverete calma e serenità.
Avrete due camere da letto, un salone soppalco con BZ extra, due bagni, uno con vasca, due bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata. Culla, camino, tv hd, dvd, wifi ....
All'esterno due terrazze, una ombreggiata con traliccio, mobili da giardino, due barbecue, casetta da giardino ... La piscina sicura circondata da pietre secche fornirà relax e freschezza.

Marvellous stay in a delightful gite. Johan could not have been more helpful. We loved going down to the boulangerie for breakfast . We had some great meals… at the tiny restaurant at the top of the village near the tower, at David’s ( for fine dining and one of the best restaurant views ever) and the abbey, with a fantastic taster menu and gardens full of roses. We loved the neighbouring villages of Viens (catch the monthly cinema presentation) and Banon with its twice weekly market. Rustrel (called the Colorado Provencale) was an astonishing landscape. Roussillon was too much of a tourist hotspot. We didn’t feel the need to go further afield. The pool was great, the location a joy. There are steep steps outside to a great terrace ( not for the unsure of foot) perfect for the morning light. Thank you Johan for sharing it with us.

Words can't describe how amazing our stay was this weekend. The property was stunning, even in the rain! But the views, the home feel, the classic vintage style with hints of modern in the house was stunning. My wife and I will 100% be coming back!The area is beautiful, stunning roads and mountain walks. Johan replied so quickly to our messages, was very helpful and helper us plan certain things to do.Will 100% be coming back.Thank you for welcoming us!

We have a great two-week stay at Johans wonderful house The house is located in a great spot right on the edge of the historic village/town of Simiane La Rotunde. The town itself is very scenic and great views but quite empty and only small art galleries and no other shops. We have been to Provence before and chose Simiane La Rotonde in order to try a less touristy part of Provence The house has super swimming pool which is very private. In front of the house is a terrace where you can eat breakfast and an amazing raised terrace in the garden where you get great views of the old town and surrounding area. Amazing!Johan is the owner of the house and was very helpful. He speaks French and German (and we don’t) so communication was through text and google translate Johan lives around 1 hour from the house and was able to come by when there were issues (our pool needed to be cleaned due to the very hot weather, for example)He made us very welcome and even arranged a private wine, cheese, truffle tasting at one of his friends vineyard – a very enjoyable and authentic experience All in all, a wonderful holiday and highly recommended!

Great gite clean tidy, well appointed. Stunning views and setting. Hosts amazing very friendly, helpful and attentitive to our needs. Quiet location in a small village setting.
