The owner was great with providing us information on check-in and check out of the accommodation on beforehand. What we like so much about the apartment is that it is super central to all important sites. The apartment is clean, the fridge had some water and milk and juice in it for breakfast, fantastic (!) coffee and some cereals and cookies for breakfast. It's very spacious, even with the maximum number of guests, you would not feel crammed in a small place. When we go back to matera, we'll definitely try to rent the same place again!
There was nothing during our stay that was disappointing us.

Lovely new first floor apartment walking distance to the Sassi.

Everything was spotless and smelt amazing!
Lovely comfortable beds, amazing new kitchen set up with coffee machine and pods provided.
Easy remote checkin and good communication from owners. Water and milk in fridge.

The apartment is a very comfortable and is in a great location closed to stores and walking distance to the Sassi. Francesco was there when we arrived. He was very kind. We rented a car and we were able to park the car in the street.

Perfect accomodation in a super locaton. Design, spacy apartment, very clean rooms, bathrooms. Comfy beds. Highly recommended. Grazie Francesco. :)

Very friendly and flexible host. Nice location, clean and modern... very comfort beds and also a nice location if you travel with friends: two bedrooms. Quiet place you line to spend time in
