The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very bright

The pool was cold and we found a few hairs in our bathroom.

The location for our bedroom it's was very far 4 floor and and the end of the bresway. The housekeeping never come to pick us our trash. We feeling disappointed over there to be honest. Very, very, very, very nice room!!! New, wood floor, breakfast and clean over all.

Breakfast was barely OK, however, they don't provide much seating area suitable for eating. A bunch of couches and a couple of swings, however, they are short on tables and chairs.

We booked the hotel on the basis of it being one of the Hilton brands, however, this place does not meet the Hilton standards in any way. The bed consisted of a mattress lying on a platform, and it wasn't very comfortable - no box springs. There was no closet in the room. The desk was very small. Soap and shampoo is provided in squeeze bottles which are very difficult to squeeze for us senior citizens. The hotel is built without a porte cochere so there is no cover for unloading one's luggage from the car.

The location was great for seeing the National parks & monuments, the staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby area was comfortable for breakfast. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Room was not clean. I cut my arm on protruding round exposed hanger, this is a serious concept. A child could be seriously injured head level. We found a lot of hair on the floor. Bathroom flour needed washing. Only one chair in room for 2 of us! Below Hilton standards.

Horrible customer service. Key card machine wasn’t working, had to go to the other hotel to have keys made. Never apologized, never explained anything or said anything besides about payment. Had to ask where to park with answer of wherever. Key card readers in the outside of building not working. Was never told that. Walked around the entire exterior. Waffle maker was broken and had to go to the other motel for breakfast and cold coffee.

I like the potential it has, it definitely would be a great hotel if it was up-kept to certain peoples standards and policies.

I did not like the cleanliness, it was a little tough to be comfortable for myself and my two young kids as they like to touch everything. So just looking at certain things, I thought “yeah don’t even try to touch that”.
