The layout of this properrty worked well for a ladies getaway weekend! It does have alot of stairs to climb but we managed fine and provides separation from the common areas to reduce noise. The bathtubs in two of the bedrooms are amazing and a very nice eay to get in some relaxation. We were able to bring in a mobile masseuse which the basement commin area was perfect to accommodate that. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable! Tye kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (although we didnt do any cooking and instead took advantage of nearby restaurants).
The one downfall was the level of cleanliness. Given previous reviews also stated this we decided to give it a try as we arent picky people but we were also dissapppinted in the lack of cleanliness that went beyond workers fixing things. I would reccomend they hire a new cleaning company to give that place a very instense clean and reolace bed linens and covers as they are dreary and stained.

Great location and a nice place. Can use a good carpet cleaning (top to bottom) as well as a good dusting.
Also - areas on the walls were patched need repainted.
The ceiling in the kitcken over the dishwasher needs patching from what looks like a water leak.
Overall - good and enjoyed our stay!

Canmore was the perfect base for our visits to Banff, Lake Louise and points north. There were 3 couples in our party and we were quite comfortable. This condo can easily accommodate 8 comfortably.
We enjoyed the views, the decks and walking distance to local shops. We would definitely stay here again!
Be aware that there are 4 floors, and therefore lots of stairs. This wouldn’t be a good choice for anyone with mobility challenges.
Make sure to see Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Peyto Lake and take the Banff Gondola!

We were a group of 8, vacationing and golfing in the area. Canmore and the Banff area is stunningly beautiful, and this property worked well for our group. It was clean (with the exception of some carpet stains and some towels that smelled “musty”), and well stocked for our group. It would be helpful to have dressers in all the bedrooms, as there was nowhere to put our clothing, but that was only a minor inconvenience. The location was perfect for our needs. The manager was communicative, and check-in and check-out was seamless. We would rent again.

This unit (+ the one next door) made the perfect homebase for our family reunion of 20+ in the greater Banff area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space to spread out and gather. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Thank you for making this amazing trip possible!

Great time in Canmore....right outside of Banff and great access to the park. Beautiful scenery! The condo was spacious and great amenities. Had a wonderful time!

This property is beautiful and is in a great location but is very poorly managed. The towels were old, the sheets and comforters looked dirty, one of the beds was broken. Many things in the kitchen were broken and there were not enough utensils. The AC was completely broken and it took five days for them to get someone out. So it was a very disappointing place to stay.

We had a large group, ranging from 4-70. Everyone had plenty of space, and room to all be together. It was a beautiful drive from the house to Banff. The house is located close to restaurants and shops. Everyone really enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The house was quite spacious with large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms in each room. It very well accommodated our large group while providing privacy for each of us. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and whatever you might want to have when you’re in a vacation.

Was the perfect place for our group to stay. Very clean, more than enough beds, and everyone had their own bathroom which was great for a girls trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

In Canmore for a nephews wedding. Was a great place for family to gather and get together. Space was more than adequate and bedrooms were comfy and although it was a bit of a party block noise was not an issue at night with the windows closed nor could you hear anything through the walls from next door units. We were missing dish towels and dish cloths and there were only 7 coffee mugs for 10 adults but I contacted the host and this was quickly rectified. It would have been nice if the A/C was turned on as the weekend got quite hot, but does cool off overnight in the mountains. Overall great experience would go back.

Lots of room, Huge bathrooms, space to spread out. Great spaces to gather for meals and discussions. One small thing - the sheets on one of the King beds were small flat sheets that didn't stay put. But other than that everything was very good. Very nice to have a garage to park in and access to pool and jacuzzi. Owner communicated with us and gave us all the details we needed. We will be back!

Thanks again to Jackie who is the host with the most! Wonderful accommodation- each bedroom boasting a large bathroom makes it such an affordable place for large get togethers. We were a large group of 12 ranging in ages from 1 to 80 and everyone had their own space. We utilized Elevation Place for swimming with the kids and walked to the Rose and Crown for apres ski! Awesome complex- parking is easy and Canmore is such a great town. We had the littles on Norquay ($40.00 for the Magic Carpet bunny hill for Dad and Kids), and the rest of the group at Louise- just amazing weekend.
the accommodations themselves made the vacation so much better! We love staying in these condos. We used to stay at The Moose in Banff and have switched it up the last two years to this complex and have been very happy.

We stayed in Canmore a few nights to ski Banff and Lake Louise before going to Revelstoke, and this chalet was great for our group. Its less than 1/2 hr to ski at Sunshine and about 1/2 hr longer to Lake Louse so pretty convenient.
The chalet was beautiful, well appointed, spacious and clean. The only thing that we think can be improved is the water pressure which was weaker in some of the showers - perhaps a change in the shower heads would help there. Otherwise the chalet was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

It was a nice townhouse for 7 adults enjoying nearby skiing. Do take advantage of the older part of Canmore. The new club was under construction while we were there but it should be a nice addition.

My 9 friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday and we had enough room for everyone to sleep and plenty of bathrooms to freshen up. This is a great location with shopping close at hand. Enjoyed our stay!

We utilized Mercer complex for all of our wedding guests and highly recommended renting multiple condos from Jackie! The condos were well cleaned and equipped with everything we needed. We were able to walk to dinner and enjoy the town of Canmore. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!
