We were in Pittsburgh to visit family and enjoy Open Streets. The location was perfect. Tons of places to eat and things to do! Plenty of room in the apt for pur bikes so we were able to park our car and ride/walk everywhere!

What can I say... This place is awesome.. It's a store style that was converted into a 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of room inside. The best part that everything was in walking distance... I would stay again and again for the next Steelers game...

We loved spending X-mas week here w/ our 2 small dogs. Ground floor loft on the main drag; walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, public transportation. Short drive to grocery. Excellent beds, extra closet/drawer space, well-appointed kitchenette, nice bathroom with shower, large dining & coffee tables perfect for puzzles, games, feasts. Super clean. Laundry downstairs. No trouble finding street parking around the block. Good wifi. Large TV w/ Netflix, etc. (Couldn't find instruction book for blue tooth sound system, computer etc. but offsite hosts were very responsive & helpful when texted. ) Converted storefront with interesting layout, including one huge open living/dining space, high ceilings, big window seat & unique stylistic touches. Good natural light. Neighborhood (I used to live 2 blocks away) is busy, friendly, safe - a bit noisy on weekend nights - and a great central location if you want to explore Pgh. We stayed in more than we had planned due to extreme weather and were cozy & happy.

Leak in bathroom ceiling, left message, no response from host. Sleeper couch is broke. There is limited parking in the neighborhood. Overall location is very convenient for dining and attendance to Steeler's game.

Flew up for the pirates cardinals baseball game on Friday. Went to the Tennessee Pitt football game on Saturday (Go Big Orange). Toured around the area and rested on Sunday. Flew home Monday. Absolutely wonderful 4 day weekend. Check in is was a breeze and even got a couple hour late checkout. The host was wonderful and we shall return!!!

Good place to stay-at first you may think it’s not the best of neighborhoods and appeared spotty but we found out all is good as those folks we did interact with were very nice and very helpful!

I want a place near the things to do. We drove the wedding, but after wanted to enjoy the city. What a great home-based for us. The property was excellently what was advertised. The two rooms were very comfortable. Nice shower. Food of all kinds were in walking distance. The restaurants were fantastic. We went to the Phipps botanical garden (the cafe on-site was great), Andy Warhol museum, hung out near University of Pennsylvania (enjoying the architecture), then the Incline train @ Mt Washington (beautiful at night).

This was my favorite place I stayed at in southside so far! Definitely would like to stay again when I find myself in PGH. The only challenge was one morning I was up and my neices were sleeping- and a real estate chic came barging in with a guy behind her- and we just stared at each other in surprise. If I were still sleeping and they came in that would of been awkward. But other than that- the place rocked. I loved exploring south side with the girls! Gave them a taste of city life! Would definitely stay again!

Place was very clean!! Great location, walking distance to PPG arena. Not far from public transportation. Owner was responsive and easy to reach.

This place is in an awesome location in the South Side neighborhood. Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants or a quick ride to downtown PGH and many other neighborhoods. Parking is easy (street parking, paid lots all around) and accessing the property was a breeze. The house had everything we needed. We totally fell in love with PGH!

Great location. Great strip for entertainment and 5 min drive to the hockey stadium!

Very cool space in a great location. Large apartment, yet super cozy. Street level, but fairly quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. Well maintained. Owner was communicative, friendly and easy to deal with.

The home is decorated so nicely~ not cluttered and each piece of furniture complements the other and the space itself. I would truly love to live here. The location is off the hook! We were right in the heart of all the fun without compromising quiet or safety. The "south side" is full of sweet, hard working, real people who were fun to be around and interact with. The food choices were never ending and ohh so delicious! We were never disappointed no matter where we ate or even if they messed up the take out order, which happens when you are busy. The food rocked. Everything you need is within walking distance except Heinz Field and some great restaurants in that area. Steven was an awesome host being completely attentive but invisible and private. We will only stay here when we visit PGH anytime, but especially for our next Steeler game! Very happy customers!! Fantastic experience having a Thanksgiving meal ahead of time as our nurse family member had to work on the holiday. Stephen was super accommodating and we felt so comfortable having a beautiful home to have family dinner and downtime. Will definitely stay again on future trips to Pittsburgh

It’s not too far from the night life and convenient to get to gas stations etc.the beds were big and spacious and the heating was easy to figure out. The wifi password was on a notepad so I didn’t have to relay the info to the friends staying with us. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a place, and we all are planning on staying here again.
