Excellent location and views. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Sauna toilet and shower by the pool. Good wifi everywhere due to mesh routers.
Garage for my car. Extra parking if you have more cars.
Restaurant Los Angeles a 20 min. walk UP the hill does very good meals and it's downhill on the way back.
Nice welcome pack. Maria was very responsive to any questions. It was expensive for 2 of us but would be good value for 10.
Tepanjaki grill was OK for the two of us, but I think it would be small for 10 people. There is no BBQ.

Lovely house with great facilities.
Amazing views down over the coastline.
What is not mentioned in the listing, is the covered outdoor kitchen/dining area, which is where we ate mostly. The Teppanyaki, griddle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher there was really handy.
Also, Maria our host, answered any questions very quickly and made us feel very welcome.

Die Gastgeberin Maria war wundervoll und sehr unterstützend. Die Villa hat eine einmalige Lage und die Aussicht ist schlichtweg gigantisch. Mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Padel-Court bietet sie so ziemlich alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Durch die zahlreichen Sitzecken bietet die Villa mehr als genug Platz für 10 Personen.
Der Villa würden ein paar Unterhaltsarbeiten gut tun. Neue Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern wären auch angebracht. Ebenso ist die Küche (Geschirr, Weingläser etc). schlecht ausgestattet, was unverständlich ist.

Great Location, unobstructed sea views, lots of space.
Old house, impossible to use the sauna while running the dishwasher and the washing machine. We kept on getting power cuts. Our contact obviously knew the issue as she told us how to get the electricity back on as well as how to cancel the alarm which would start beeping every time. The sound system was from the 70s (for that price, you'd expect something better). We only got 2 keys, had to wait another day to get the third key. And the fireplace was ethanol so don't expect nice flames or heat.
