Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel jest zadbany, czysty i przyjemny, a obsługa miła, pomocna i profesjonalna. Pokój był komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony.

Comfortable beds and shower.
The rooms had just been cleaned and smelled strongly of chlorine. When we returned from the city, we found towels lying on the floor in front of the room door…

There is nothing to comment on, as the host failed to fulfil their obligations.
I had booked and paid for accommodation at Hotel Lila, expecting the corresponding level of comfort. However, during a phone conversation, the owner redirected me, without any explanation, to a room at Hotel Cyprian, which was of a noticeably lower standard. There was also considerable noise outside the window throughout the night, possibly from a nearby factory, which seriously disturbed my sleep.
As I was tired and confused by the situation, I did not challenge the decision at the time. My complaint is not about the money. It is about the way I was treated as a customer and what I consider to be discriminatory treatment by the owner.
