There are 5 bedrooms ensuite + one double bedroom of 700 sqft, we opened the 2 bedrooms in one big Family bedroom with 2 superking beds 210x 180 and 2 french sofa beds 130x200 - that only inn this big room The Family room (2 bedrooms in origin) is the only one has bath outside. The smaller room is generally ocupated by house buttler / maid (service optional) Available Bently tour and Safari Private Chef Daily maid Breakfast in the terrace! Cruise Arrival limo transfer

JBR BEACH WALK PROMENADE!!! AMAZING VIEW OF JUMERIRAH PALM, JUMEIRAH BEACH WALK, AND DUBAY EYE !!! BEST POSITION OF ALL DUBAI HOLIDAY HOMES You are in the best position, from the terrace 1 (private pool side) you can jump down in the beach! I didn’t suggest to do it.... take the elevator please, arrive from our floor 33 in 20 seconds to PL (PLAZA LEVEL) and you will find in front many facilities by walk…: restaurants, bars, banks, marts, pharmacy, Gym, pools, kinder play areas etc... then... instead to exit PL floor go to G floor (ground), walk 20 steps and you are in the “beach walk!!!! U.A.E. MIAMI! thousands of restaurants, coffees, beach sports, shops, and thousand tourists will watch up to the best penthouse of UAE!!! Yours! believe me, when you will be there you will see what invidious are the people to see who can live in that paradise!!!

IMPORTANT RULES TO READ

6. The 6th Room is used by the housekeeper, we will free it only when we have group over 14 guests

9. Is strictly not allowed guest any other people for overnight stay over the guest booked in the origin, that is consider illegal in Dubai (and in all world) and can cause very big problems, fines and law penalties. Don’t guest any person over the number you have booked!!!

We can accept max 16-18 guest (The apartment is perfect for 12 guest) Large group over 18 guest can be stay in another apartment or penthouse in the same tower/complex or front door –

12. This penthouse is law licensed by DTCM Dubai government, guest has to pay on the check in only the government tourism city fee of 50 aed per per day (about 12 euro/day) this is local fee, hosts can’t include in the booking at same of the all hotels.

The guest has to sign a regular short-term agreement and send a copy of the master tenant passport before the check inn

14. The agreement will be built on line by our booking form System – guest need fil in it

15. If the guest are only 2-4-6-8 we will leave open the right rooms in relation of the number of the guest in base about minimum 2 guest per room using the double beds (queen- king- super king) how 2 guest per bed

16. If the guest wants use the twin bids like single use has to consider 2 guest each bed because we have to set the bed how 2 person

17. The guest want use the room how private room has to book how 2 guest minimum per room, example: 4 guest wants use they own rooms like single they have to book how 8 guest

The guest can use all the penthouse facility without any cards, only for the complex facilities they have to use the access card (pools, Gym, Lifts, Lounges etc..)



19. Pool: The guest must sign a disclaimer; we are not responsible for any incidents or damage for the use of the terrace pool. If guest wants, we can provide a pool crew for 4-8-12 hours day (At payment)

Pool is heater and chilled in summer, but during very cold days in winter (minimum under 15-14 ° or summer over 40-45 ° the pumps can’t works properly and set the temperature at 27-28 ° that is out our responsibility, no complaint will be accepted, generally all other private pools has not climatized

21. The community pools are heated and chilled in the winter, the climatization are in this case stronger, so better than private pools

22. We will provide 1-2 access cards for lifts and community service, if need extra we can provide some, need leave a deposit of 275 aed each card and if lost the deposit will not return back

23. We give all linens and towels for your stay in base at the guest booked, first shampoo and bath equipment for the first day, then if need more the guest must provide itself and for change linens and towels. We have laundry service and maid option available

24. The apartment will be provided with everything and completely cleaned, the guest doesn’t have to leave the apartment cleaned except of the kitchen, that need be leave in god condition, we will double clean for the next guest. If guest will leave the kitchen too dirty and with a lot of rubbish we have to charge the cost by the guarantee deposit

25. Linens or towels damaged or missed will be charge on the end

26. We can also provide maid service, cooker chef, Limo transfer, Tourist guide, Visa etc… (At payment) ask for costs (nice)

Those are the most important rules, but generally we don’t have any issue with any clients, probably less than 0,2 % are guest impolite and we need to charge the cost by resolution centre

If you are polite and respectful guest you will not have any issue or nothing to clarify
