There are many cockroaches and spiders in the room. No shampoo and No body wash in the bathroom Shower water smells bad

- in general room condo was in good condition with exception of some minor annoyance - temperamental WiFi with it working on some devices but not others. Same device worked first day but didn't on second. Last day WiFi didn't work at all. - caretaker was very responsive to an issue we had with bathroom. - I would have given the condo a 9 except for minor annoyances which made the stay disruptive. -facilities and policy a 6 (being generous).

- toilet issue. - on and off smell issue. - pool in need of repair. Major sections with broken pool tiles and closed off. - rules were unfriendly. Was told that we can't even drink bottled water in lawn area in front of beach. Asked to put away inflatable pool toys as was not allowed in pool area. Totally bewildered.

The apartment is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Big living room. Nice decoration. The residence swimming pool is very impressive , large and nicely decorated.

There are small details which let us down. These things don’t cost much but could have made this apartment much more comfortable e.g. the host only provide a thin towel , no face towels, hand towels or bath mat to keep the dry area dry after shower. No hand soap, no facial tissue. When I arrived, the dishes in a cabinet were still wet, I had to spend time cleaning them all over again. Some parts of swimming pool are under renovation.
