Immerso in Estero Island, questo affascinante condominio a 236 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimovacanza. Eccellente 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni al Santa Maria Resort! Una delle migliori aree piscina e vasca idromassaggio dell'isola! A piedi da tutto - la spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada e ci sono oltre 7 ristoranti / bar / ristoranti e molti negozi accanto al Santini Plaza - e un CVS & bar sulla spiaggia (Pinchers Crab Shack) a 2 isolati di distanza! Il carrello da 75 cent ti porterà al Publix e ovunque tu voglia andare!
L'unità è allestita con un KING nella camera da letto principale (con bagno padronale) e un KING nella camera da letto 2 con il secondo bagno accanto. La terza camera ha letti a castello e un letto matrimoniale estraibile. Nota: la 3a camera da letto è molto stretta quando si utilizza il letto matrimoniale, ma funzionale e ideale per i bambini.
Nuovo divano e poltrona Love (2018) nella zona giorno e molto bella lanai con sedie e tavolo. Great location. Great condo - clean and close to everything. It comfortably fits 7 people- 4 adults and 3 kids. Has everything you need including beach chairs and sand toys. Heated pool is amazing! The property is across the street from the beach. The stores and restaurants on the nearby plaza are under construction, but some restaurants are open on the time square- the other side of the beach. CVS is a short walk from the condo and is open already. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

We really enjoyed the unit. Very easily walkable to beach. One section of the nearby beach was full of seashells! My kids had a great time searching for shells.
Unit is a nice layout and parking was very easy. Elevator also was a nice feature.

The condo was very clean and had beautiful views of the marina to see the manatees and even dolphins. The pool was top notch and the staff and condo owners were nothing but nice! Short walk to the beach where everything we needed was already in our condo!

The property was great - pool was lovely and walking distance to the beach was fantastic. Property was nicely stocked with beach items, too.
Lots of hurricane damage nearby but the beach was perfect and we found nearby places to eat and shop for souvenirs. Thanks!

The property was really nice. My only warning to all is that Fort Myers Beach is still quite devastated from Hurricane Ian. We were shocked. Very, very few businesses of any kind are open on the island, very few people are around. The nearby beach, however is open and we found dozens and dozens of large WHOLE sand dollars and starfish. Beaches and skies were beautiful, great property.

We enjoyed staying at Santa Maria. We were in walking distance t to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool was excellent and relaxing. We met and made new friends at the pool. A great time had by all.

Had a small problem with the AC for about 4 hours but the host was very helpful and got us working again. Host contacted back every time I contacted him very quickly. The kids loved all the boats and was able to see fish from the dock. There was a grill down stairs that we used and was very clean. The pool and hot tub was so refreshing. Tons of towels. Just recommend some beach towels but lots of beach equipment we could use. Full equipped kitchen. Each room had there own TV.

At some point prior to our arrival something of glass got broke because 4 out of 6 people got glass shards in their foot, we did actually vacuum after first time but I think it was just coming from the carpet.
Personally I would stay in the location again just not this unit until I saw improvements.

A Week of Relaxation

The Pro side of the property is the location and pool area is very nice.

There were a couple of coolers to use. This was the very best location. A short walk to CVS. Lovers Key was a 5 min drive. Fort Myers beach and shops were only 10 min away. The bed we slept in was absolutely perfect. That was the room that lead to the balcony. Which was enclosed!! We played games out there in the evening and enjoyed the peace. The building was quiet. Check in was so easy. The instructions were very clear. The only and I mean only down side and this is not on the unit itself. Is that the pool and hot tub closed so early. We only had a chance to use it in the morning. After a very long day out at 8pm it was already closed. But aside from that. This was so perfect! Thank you

No bugs and very equipped with what we needed. Beach chairs, toys, towels all provided. We also left some things for others like sifter for when we went shark tooth hunting. We were very pleased with this experience and highly recommend! Looks way nicer then the pictures show esp all the space we had.

Electrical outlets were "loose".....so plugs wouldn't stay in all the time.

Our experience at this property was poor. The front door did not open correctly and close correctly. It needs to be replaced honestly, the hall bathroom shower water never got hot, always stayed cold. Never had cable in one of the bedrooms, the blinds is very hard to lift up and down, the bathroom shower door fell off and needs a new wheel on it. We seen a coach roach on one off our visits. I honestly really don’t know if I will ever return to the property for future stays. It just was not one of our best vacation staying at this property.
