The dryer and fridge both broke but the host was on it and even refunded our groceries that we lost. We also met the owner. She was very kind and gave us chips and guacamole. Thank you!

Property needs some trim work and repairs. Outside grill is rusting out and one burner not working. Dishwasher is not screwed in place to the counter and the peninsula counter top is loose. There is a large trim piece missing between the stove and wall. Easy chair leg rest is broken. These things aside, it is clear that some new remodeling has been done and is very nice. Beds are comfortable.

Perfectly located and well equipped.

Host was very responsive and gave lovely local recommendations. There were not a long list of requirements or checkout instructions. Listing was mostly accurate, as there was no dryer for our stay and this was not communicated beforehand. The host made it right, we just had to go to a local laundromat as we were on a long roadtrip and booked a place with W/D specifically. Similar to what other recent reviewers have noted, the house is getting a worn look and needs a deep clean on cabinets and tile grout and some new stovetop fry pans. The dishwasher is not secured to the countertop and ‘walks itself out’ when running. You can hear the neighbors talking/snoring in the adjoining duplex while in the primary bedroom. The backyard and picnic space is accessed through the primary bedroom.
