checked in was ok, staff was very good and pleasant.

But the room was in bad condition. It looks like staying in motel (Rumah Tumpagan) instead of a budget hotel the price of the room was cheap but overall i did not spend time in the room due to attending event outside.

Air condition not cold enough

The location is at centre of SS15 and very near the SS15 lrt and the surrounding is filled with restaurant, cafe and a mall

Although it's a basic room, the bedsheets are thin and cheap, basic room with a large bed and TV, towels are old, the bathroom is old and and very fragile. There are better hotels with better quality at that price.
