The location is ideal as it is in a quiet area, the place was very clean and the host was also pleasant.
The bed was squeaky, with every move.

Brian was fantastic and the room and surroundings were great.
No hot water!
Second left hand Light upstairs would not switch off so we had light in the room all night.
Disappointing that we sent through a message advising of these fundamental issues and have had NO response.
