The views are amazing!
If I’m being super picky it would be that it needs updating (but as a holiday rental I’d keep it the same)

The living space was lovely, the finishes were gorgeous. The location was great.
No response from blue fox the managing agent over broken toilet door & lack of cooking implements & only 4 mismatched glasses yet they take a hefty non refundable deposit for breakages !

Location, living room, balcony, 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms.
Especially good was the balcony and the views.
3rd bedroom very small and no ventilation, kitchen lacked some basic items eg, grill pan, spatula, spare bin liners. Cleaning of some rooms, especially bathroom and kitchen and some kitchen items was not very good. Some bedding, although clean, was stained.

Unable to sleep due to neighbours playing loud music. Owners didnt help me. Awful experience.

The view was great, and a good location as access to the beach was easy and within minutes walk to Broadstairs resturants etc. Parking quite expensive if you wanted to park near to the house. The house is probably more suited to adults / teenagers as stirs are quite steep for children. A great winter location but might be noisy in the summer.
The bedding and pillows were not good at all. Also, the kitchen utensils, glasses, crockery, and cookware could do with updating and providing more. Bunkbed was not very safe.

Great location & it had everything that you needed, very spacious. Really comfortable with stunning views of the beach.

Such a lovely location, really the very best view of Broadstairs. Lovely to wake up to a super sea view
The whole place rally needs an upgrade, its tired. The work tops in the kitchen are starting to rust, the island in the middle needs a new top. The sofa in the living room although comfy is old and stained. Its such a shame as these things really let it donw. The table and chairs on the balcony in the main living room are rusty and bin worthy. Such a shame that there is not lovely futnirute to sit on on the balcony, a big dissapointment. The roof top terrace is lovely, but again who wants to sit on a picknick table when they have just paid £2000.00 + for a week. The down stairs bathroom is nice and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen lacks baking trays and decent cooking equimpment. Only one tea towl provied. Its a lovely place but let down so badly that should make it worthy of the high price tag.

The location and view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast in the sun one of the many highlights!
The roof terrace was closed for repairs - we weren't told this until after we had paid. The dishwasher was out of use. But first world problems.

visually from entrance property resembled a building site due to scaffolding on adjoining property, which locals say had been in place since early 2022 - large number of lights and plug sockets were not working- toilet cistern extremely noisy and slow to fill up. Interiors although very large number of storage facilities etc, all are looking ‘tired’.

2 bedroom floors were filthy. My cost included £160 for cleaning which makes it even more of a disgrace.

The openness and views were lovely we had such an amazing stay here sofas were extra comfy
I’m glad we didn’t go in season as the traffic below was a bit noisy
I do feel the property is expensive however I would definitely book again
it’s a gem !

The apartment has a homely vibe , liked that everything was so close by. The views from the place were superb. Bedrooms were comfy and we used the kitchen a lot , it’s an ideal place specially if you’ve got kids.

The property was good location because it was great distance to the sea and good view.
To get to the property we had to walk up a very deep hill which isn’t great with all the luggage and a child. The property itself also had a-lot of stairs which isn’t great for the elderly. The stairs and the toilet in the “master” is was SO tight and small!
The worst part was there was work going on at the property on the ground floor on day - which was loud and stinky and we weren’t told about it. And to top that off, the property next door was also having work done which started at 8:15 and was sooooooo loud! It was so loud that i couldn’t get my 2 year old down for his afternoon nap at the property and we had to take him out.
We were there for two nights and in the first morning all the work started.

Location is exceptional! Views are incredible. Modern apartment, sofa is divine. Sunken bath is beautiful.
Tv doesn’t work properly- limited channels and difficult to just switch it on
Throw some of the old saucepans and frying pans away they are not clean
Shower over the sunken bath doesn’t work
