It was fully equipped, in a good location and spacious.

Cleanliness - bathrooms were not clean Mattress’s - not comfy, could feel the springs and dipped to the middle Leather sofas and dining chairs - split and cracked, not comfy Main bathroom shower leaked from the shower glass screen had to put a towel down to catch the water Fire alarms out of date by 7 years Lift was out of use with no sign to say it wasn’t working Blinds and windows thick with dust and cobwebs Damp by the main bedroom window clearly from leaking windows

Perfect central location, and secure parking. Other flats in block were quiet.

Rooms a bit cluttered with furniture, making it hard to move around beds. Bathroom shower leaked.

Bathrooms very clean. Apartment generally tidy. Great location.

Needs simple maintenance. Knob missing on oven, knob broken on stove top. Bathroom door lower hinge undone. Wall heaters were inscrutable - button labels worn off, no instructions, no explanation that heaters powered by wall switches.

Flat nice location n only 2 mins walk to high street and shopping center, Building easy to find, have car park, heave life, and have phone open door in room. Inside nice flat ,clean, big , kitchen very big very comfortable to stay. Hope we will back again.

Location was perfect, size was good. Chris was very helpful and attentive. Bed were comfy. Pillows were good.

Felt a little tired in places and there is a smell of cigarette smoke. Some areas needed a deeper clean. Assortment of kitchen utensils was lacking, ie, Cork screw and wine glasses.

Communication was great and location of apartment perfect for attending the races

The oven had been left extremely dirty but I didn’t intend on cooking so did not report this issue
