We were very pleased with our stay at Barrington Arms on Palmetto Dunes and our experience could have not been better. The accommodation's were very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Everything we needed was there and the view of the ocean was very nice. Would definitely go back again!

Fourth floor end unit, very private. Beautiful, serene view from balcony overlooking lagoon with a view to the ocean. Nicely designed floorplan for privacy with bedrooms at opposite sides. Very nice hard flooring throughout, no rugs to catch dirt or dust. Compact kitchen and stacked washer/dryer with everything needed for an extended stay. Big dining room table for meals and board games. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again.
Just a few issues: i) Secondary bath/tub shower diverter doesn't work well, i.e., pressure to the shower head is weak as most of the water flows out the bath tap, ii) the place was very clean inside but we spent about 15 minutes cleaning the outside sliding glass door or otherwise couldn't have enjoyed the lovely view (and no, this wasn't the result of a storm or plain condensation, the window hadn't been cleaned for a long time, iii) the towels and sheets were scratchy, consider bringing your own.

The rental we stayed at could have not been better. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the bedroom provided us with a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the view off the deck and also enjoyed having a meal on the deck. Very nice all the way around!
