Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

There was no outside space as described. There was a moveable partition between our apartment and next door which was not sound insulated, so we could hear every word spoken by our neighbours!

Super Lage, schön eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung, geräumig. Zuvorkommende Betreuung.

Located in a great area very close to many restaurants and sights. Small supermarkets are also nearby. Really nice rooftop terrace with beautiful views all around. The host kept in contact to ensure everything was ok.

Cleaning was ok but could be improved. The shower drain was a bit slow so had to turn of shower frequently, but it was an old building so maybe not that strange.

Wir haben zuerst im Appartment Fire gewohnt. Dies kann ich ausschließlich für einen Kurztripp empfehlen, da es aus einem Zimmer und einem Balkon zum Hinterhof inkl. Klimaanlagen besteht und nicht, wie im Internet beschrieben, ein Appartement ist. Durch eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarappartement Earth, ist es super hellhörig und wenn dieses - wie in unserem Fall - durch 4 Personen belegt war, leider nicht zur Erholung, längeren Aufenthalt und gutem Schlaf geeignet. Wir habe dies an unseren Host Cristina kommuniziert und konnten nach 2 Nächten in das Appartement Water umziehen. Dies war super klasse! Über den Dächern von Syrakus mit eigener Dachterasse inkl. Blick auf den Ätna (je nach Wetterlage). Separate Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad - so, dass man auch dort gerne Zeit verbracht hat und ungestört war.

Siehe hierzu die Einleitung bei "was hat ihnen gefallen", die mit einem Nichtgefallen beginnt... Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher im Bad zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Untere Haustür sowie Zwischentür sehr laut beim Schließen. Fehlende Kleinigkeiten wie Abtrockentücher etc. November = Reparaturzeit, so dass die gegenüberliegende Terrasse von Handwerkern belegt war, die freien Blick auf das Appartment und mächtig Krach genacht haben.

There are several apartments in the building, we stayed a week in EARTH. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. I was hoping for one with a roof terrace but in fact the sun was so strong we were happy not to have one. Cristina was most helpful and made out stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again! The location is very central; a walking distance to all major attractions and the beach, but the apartment was quiet. Large double bed was comfy, nice bedsheets and towels, well equipped kitchen, cool designer bathroom. Cristina gave us fantastic recommendation for the local restaurants. We had a great holiday, thank you!

I like everything in the apartment. I noticed bedroom AC is not as strong as the living room one but it was not a problem for us. It was still working well to cool the bedroom and we had good night sleep every night.
