The house is very nice, very comfortable, with a large garage for indoor parking. We had some issues with supplies, not enough trash bags (2 week stay) and some kitchen utensils we needed. The host had more bags delivered and we bought and left a few kitchen items. We didn't use the outdoor grill because the gas is empty and the host expects the guest to refill it. I believe the host should handle that. All in all, a really nice place to stay if you're in Surprise

We were in town for a family wedding. The location is perfect as they live in the same subdivision. Everything we need is close by and we just love the house. It is very comfortable. We have stayed there in the past and will hopefully continue to as we come to town every year.

We experienced a family er bringing us to Arizona. Debbie worked with our situation and was extremely accommodating. This house is better in person. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very well maintained. Had everything you needed without clutter and was very well put together. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was in a great location with easy access to stores and restaurants. The pool was clean and usable. Thank you so much for taking us last minute.

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. Being able to park in the garage out of the sun was a plus. It is in a good location for access to nearby amenities and major roads to travel around Surprise and Phoenix.

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the patio and pool everyday. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. Being able to park in the garage out of the sun was a plus. It is in a good location for access to nearby amenities and major roads to travel around Surprise and Phoenix.

The 3 bedroom home was very spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet for sleeping at night. The pool was wonderful and it was great that they had 2 noodles in a closet that we could use in the pool to exercise with.

We were back in Surprise for my son’s baseball. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to Surprise Stadium (Rangers/Royals). We travel to AZ every summer for travel baseball and the tournaments have us staying 10 days or so…too long for a hotel room. This house was perfectly located, immaculately clean, swimming pool was great to have and perfectly appointed with everything you’d need. Debbie was fantastic with communicating and check in/out was easy and terrifically communicated. If we are back next summer I would definitely ask to stay again.

We were back in Surprise for my son’s baseball. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to Surprise Stadium (Rangers/Royals). We travel to AZ every summer for travel baseball and the tournaments have us staying 10 days or so…too long for a hotel room. This house was perfectly located, immaculately clean, swimming pool was great to have and perfectly appointed with everything you’d need. Everything was great with a few exceptions. A garage door opener would have been nice. The neighbor directly to the west has some emotional issues if you park on the street in front of the rental home. Very aggressive, irrational and somewhat intimidating in size and has no problem getting in your face.

The house is in an amazing location. Everything we need is close by even the new Costco. We cooked dinner every night and haf family come over so the kids could meet for the first time and play. We made so many new memories. We came from Hawaii and the property was just perfect. Mahalo! Mahalo! Mahalo!
