We stayed for a week with my son and daughter and their families. This house has it all! Beautiful property right on the beach. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of room for all of us. So many extras included with the house, bikes and snorkel equipment. The kids were kept busy with all the sand toys. Our host Walter was amazing. Personally checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed. Mahalo Walter, we hope to return next year!

We stayed at the house for the location. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this house. From meeting Walter who is a wonderful host to everything the house had to offer. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. Awesome beach and sunset views. Short walk to Sharks Cove. I could go on and on. Didn't want to leave, will definitely be back!

The description of this home is right on the mark. Luxury vacation home on the beach. Plenty of room for our kids and their spouses to relax and enjoy the perfect beach experience. The home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a great time including beach towels, boards, snorkeling gear, outdoor showers, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, need I say more? My favorite part of the day - sitting on the back lawn watching the sunset. A huge "mahalo" to our host Walter who made sure we had everything needed for a great time! We look forward to coming back.

We have traveled as a group of family and friends to Kauai and Oahu for the last seven years and our stay at this location was absolutely perfect. Walter greeted us at the beautiful home and walked us through all of the rooms and amenities. We rarely left the home and spent every night in the back yard with amazing sunsets.
This home has everything you are looking for. Great beach, great yard, great shade and even great AC when you want it. The kitchen is top notch and the beds are super comfortable.

This home is amazing. Every detail is spectacular! It is perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. We all had a place. The bathrooms are great and the beds are wonderful. The back yard is a haven with the best sunsets in Hawaii. The beach is perfect. Walter is a great host. We are already talking about a return trip.

This is an amazing vacation spot. The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. It is stocked with everything you would need for a great beach vacation. The views of the beach from the house are stunning. Walter is a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond with any questions we had and personally gave us a tour of the house and checked us in. Everyone in my family loved this house (7 adults, ages 19-79) and are already asking when we can go back. This was an amazing stay for us, and I can’t say enough good things about it !

This property is absolutely incredible! The entire process - communication, check in/out, hospitality...everything truly exceeded our expectations. When I read previous reviews saying the house was fully stocked I was just expecting it to have some basics that possibly the previous occupant left behind. BUT NO! There was bottled water in literally every single room & bathroom (and even a mini fridge stocked with bottled water) that lasted our group for well over 5 days. There's nothing like getting off a plane after a long flight to check in to a beautiful place that has literally everything you could possibly need that you didn't need to lug yourself to Foodland just to buy TP, towels and water in order to get by for the next few hours. Walter is also the nicest person on the planet and even dropped off fresh papayas from his tree during our stay. We loved this property so much our children cried on our last day because they didn't want to leave, and then we proceeded to make another booking for next year. I cannot recommend this place enough it is truly a North Shore gem!

I almost don’t want to review this property because I want it to stay out family’s little secret oasis. From the moment we arrived at the house, stepping into the living room and seeing the incredible views off the back yard and throughout our entire stay…this house is just amazing. It has almost anything you can think of that you might need, as well as things you didn’t even know you needed! There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There is shampoo/conditioner, and body wash, so no need to bring those either!
The location is perfect; there’s a bike path adjacent to the house that you can take about 1-1.5 miles to get to Pipeline or Sunset Beach. It’s about a 12 min drive to Hale’iwa. Also super close to Foodland for groceries!
We felt like this little slice of heaven was our own home for one week. Walter was always responsive in case we had a question. We loved every minute here!

This was an exceptional property. We were all super excited to stay here and found it to be both comfortable and beautiful. It is close to everything on the North Shore. It had everything that we ever needed to enjoy our stay. Our adult children took videos of it and sent it to their in-laws. Now everyone we showed pictures to want to stay here when they come to Hawaii! Definitely the best place ever! Walter was attentive to every detail and checked in with us to see if everything was okay. Loved every minute of it

House is wonderful. Great outside seating areas. Very clean and unbelievably stocked. Spices, ziplocks, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, snorkel gear, body boards, umbrellas, chairs, bikes, anything and everything you need in the kitchen, two huge refrigerators, and so on. We were lucky enough to be here for The Eddie to see massive 40+ foot waves right off the back yard. We had great whale watching from the house and everything else the wonderful north shore has to offer. Shopping 5 minutes away. To top it all off the house hosts Walter and Rick were great. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely keep it in mind on future trips to Oahu.

I cant say enough about this property. Spectacular ocean sunset views, beautiful house inside and out. House was very well maintained and very clean. Stocked with all the necessities. Very comfortable beds and bedding. If youre looking for a beachfront place to stay away from the city this is it. And the property manager, Walter, was incredible. We just spent 8 days in this heavenly paradise. Words cannot describe what a beautiful property this is ~ we have rented many homes in North Shore and this beat them all by far. We would like people to know that are staying here don’t waste space packing shampoo, conditioner, fins, snorkels there’s even hats, water shoes , bikes, sand toys and boogie boards. The house is METICULOUS and they have really thought of everything. We cannot wait to return.

Our entire family was blown away by how perfect the house was. We all had plenty of space but especially liked hanging out on the lanai and palm shaded lawn. We were right on the beach with snorkeling and gentle waves at our disposal. The house was so well stocked, we really didn’t need to bring or buy anything. The kitchen was the best stocked and equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. We were completely happy with our choice. The property manager even drove one car load of family to the airport when our rental car was disabled. Over and above our expectations. We will definitely come back to this beautiful spot and home.

The house and grounds turned out to be better than advertised..plus Walter is the gold standard of a host. You have to pay up for the stay, but you do get value for the money. Only drawback is the North Shore traffic, but once you figure out how to time that (and live with it) no real problem.

Being a family of 5, we always rent houses when we vacation. We have stayed at quite a few properties, but this house was the best by far! It is within easy walking distance of a good food truck area and Shark’s Cove. The home is beautiful, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need (from kitchen supplies to toiletries to beach supplies). Walter was the perfect host, meeting us at the property upon arrival and checking in to make sure all our needs were met. And the views of the beach - absolutely spectacular! We spent hours hanging out on the lanai, enjoying the beach, watching the sunset and star gazing each night. We all agreed that it was the best home we have ever rented and a truly fantastic vacation!

All in all, a very satisfying stay and I would not hesitate to return again and highly recommend it.

This is a premium property, and it is worth every penny. From the easy check-in, the easy and responsive point of contact, the well-stocked home (plenty of ice, frozen waters for those hot days, surfboards, snorkel gear, cruisers), the amazing master suite overlooking the backyard/Sunset beach, and oh the beach - take 15 steps through the backyard and you are on an amazing beach. You can be in the Pacific Ocean within 15 seconds of deciding to do so. This is an amazing property/experience.
