Perfect stay! Thank you so much and the bed was comfy.

Beds were comfortable. Did not use sofa bed. Ample linens.
Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes. None of the basic condiments. Kind of a hassle when traveling by air. Could use some games or puzzles. Overall, good rental.

I spent Christmas there cooking for my family. The kitchen is fully equipped. I will stay here my next trip to Sandpoint.

The Condo was spotless and complete with many needed kitchen supplies. ( coffee filters, paper towels, etc. ) bathroom ( soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) The unit was quiet, and picturesque with a lovely small view of the lake. So many Geese and goslings. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean. The only negative we had was the parking spaces are not assigned to the Condo units, and we had to park quite a ways away from ours several times. Overall we were very pleased with the Condo.

Great location, walking distance to downtown and all it has to offer! Very well maintained and nicely decorated! Perfect for those of us with a boat, as the condo comes with a boat slip! it’s so fantastic to just walk across the grass and get on the boat!! Also nice to have 2 pools on the property! Great family vacation!

Pros: With 2bd, 2ba and a single hide-a-bed in the loft, this was perfect for my husband & I, our 10-yr old, and my aging Aunt during our stay in June. Spotless clean, very well stocked kitchen & linens, and decorated nicely too! The onsite property manager was super friendly and the pools & grounds are maintained daily with a lot of attention to detail (like dusting the spiderwebs from the fence around the pool EVERY day!). You can't beat the location for walking into town or driving in/out/around/through town.
Con: Living room furniture is not comfortable at all, but we didn't spend much time sitting around anyway!
I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

Very well appointed and clean. The pools were warm and well maintained especially important since the weather was cooler during our stay and the kids could still swim every day.

We had an issue with the coffee maker, it was a very small 4 cup like a motel room. We contacted Cole the local property employee for Vacasa and it was taken care of immediately . He brought over a new coffee maker with filters. Comfortable condo. We would have liked to have a broom for the kitchen floor. Basic condiments like salt and pepper would have been nice

We had a great stay, liked that it was a close walk into downtown and also to visit our family who were in a townhouse nearby. - There are a lot of steps, but liked being upstairs, although the light was out by the door (tricky to read the code at night) and the stairwell could use a scrub. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Our condo was very clean and had an air conditioner on each floor which was used constantly since the weather was in the 90’s all week. Lived that it was close to city beach and shopping.

We had a great stay, liked that it was a close walk into downtown and also to visit our family who were in a townhouse nearby. - There are a lot of steps, but liked being upstairs, although the light was out by the door (tricky to read the code at night) and the stairwell could use a scrub. The condo itself was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place
I’m only giving 4 stars because the listing was a bit deceptive. The unit is not central air conditioning. The unit has 2 portable AC units that cannot be moved to the main area. Other than this, it was a great place. On the lake (no beach access) and within walking distance to downtown. The public beach is a short drive away.

Rented for a winter get away. Condo was nice and clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and basics. It was very nice to have netflix and wifi. Only gripe was coffee pot was to small for two people. Constantly making another pot.

The unit is clean. Great location to the beach and Main Street, with all of the shops and restaurants. There is a portable AC unit on the 3rd floor that can be considered loud, but it created a background noise for my daughter and I to sleep in. Everything is updated in neutral colors. The view is towards the pool and lake/river. I saw other units that face the mountains. The windows are of high quality, so you can't hear the continuous trains that go by. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
