Sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, bodyboard e tagliatelle in piscina anche in condominio. Questa unità è ben accentata con mobili e immagini più tutte le lenzuola sono incluse come sono via cavo e wi-fi. Telefono fisso per chiamate gratuite verso Canada e Stati Uniti Un'unità di aria condizionata molto confortevole con una zona spogliatoio separata e un sacco di spazio di archiviazione.

Appena fuori dalla porta, ci si può anche rilassare nella splendida area giardino con gazebo, sedie a sdraio e sedie. Great location unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay kinda got scared when there was no bedroom but the Murphy bed was more than comfortable

This was a WONDERFUL , sweet little studio apartment. The location was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very easy short walk to the beach. This is somewhere I look forward to staying again. Plenty of food options within walking distance or a short Uber ride.

The location was very good. Short walk to beach and main road where there are restaurants, shops and trolley stops.
The entrance to the unit is not real inviting and could use a little sprucing up. The sheets and towels were clean but very dingy and sparse. We did make the owner aware of this and hopefully it will be addressed soon.

We loved staying here. It was close to the beach and close to all the restaurants. Suite was great just for my fiancé and I. Having the umbrella, chairs and cooler was very nice. Took off one star because we were only left one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper and the hand soap was almost empty when we got there. We did ask for refills and they came the same day and fixed the issue. I would recommend this place.

The condo was nice but except bathroom, outdated but clean.The mattress on Murphy bed was not tolerable. You could feel every lump and bump. The burlap couch in living room was uncomfortable and very itchy. We were so uncomfortable we tried to sleep but could not . Left there to drive home on our first night at 3am just to be able to sleep. I must say that our hosts were some of the kindest people to deal with but I have to tell the truth. One thing I must say is everything you could need other then bed and sofa (Murphy bed and sofa, bad experience)was there.

It was a clean place to stay. A 3 min walk to the beach was nice. It was a nice kitchen to cook our breakfast meals.
Only issue we had was towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Reached out and was given towels and one bar hand soap. I ended up buying some toilet paper.

The efficiency was perfect for us for a quick stay! We loved the neighborhood, friendly people, clean accommodations that gave us everything we needed! We loved using the beach chairs and also found the pool to be well kept up and very comfortable. We would love to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. For us it’s a perfect location. The unit is comfortable and convenient to so many things in the area. There is also a trolly within walking distance that you can take to downtown St. Petersburg.

Great little unit right across from the beach! Fully equipped and even has a pool! 2nd time staying in this older but impeccably well maintained building! Walking distance to some great restaurants and even the Corey Ave artist street market! Book this if you need an easy,clean, smaller unit with no fuss!

This was such a great place to stay! Very clean and across the street from the beach!! Wonderful accommodations and beach chairs and umbrellas! The pool was very nice as well too. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Felt very safe at the property.

Small clean unit with lovely pool close to beach. Pool area could be monitored better. (No locks working) Entranceway should be cleaned and painted, no emergency lights in hall when power went out. Based on pictures we thought we had a walkout but disappointed that it was not. Owner helpful in getting back to guests.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect…less than a three minute walk to the beach, restaurants within a walking distance, and the rental comes with free parking and use of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The owner seems to be very kind and is easy to get in contact with. However, none of the issues listed below were resolved during our stay: 1. The Murphy bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. Absolutely miserable to sleep on and unacceptable quality of a mattress. 2. The wall-mounted air conditioner right above the bed sounded like it was chewing up aluminum cans. My husband was able to fix it but it was still quite loud and made it hard to fall asleep . 3. Spectrum cable went out in the entire condo property for approximately 12 hours. Not the owner’s fault, but an issue nonetheless. 4. There was a water main issue on the property that caused the water to be shut off for several hours. Again, not the owner’s fault but an issue nonetheless. 5. The bathroom sink had a slow leak on the floor and barely any water came out of the faucet even with both knobs completely open. 6. The shower drain was clogged from day one but would slowly drain. However, on day two, it became 100% clogged and would not drain at all. After the second day of a seven night rental, we were left no choice but to find a different place to stay. We plan on visiting St. Pete beach again next year, but will not be rebooking at this location.

The place was absolutely perfect being in our late 20s. Super close walk to everything including the beach, groceries, beach bars, and just all-around fun. Very clean as well and checking in was super easy. Don was super responsive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. He was even nice enough to fully reimburse us if Hurricane Ian had affected the area (thankfully it didn't) even though we did not buy travel insurance. I would recommend this place to any two people looking for an awesome vacation. Thanks for everything Don!
Also, definitely recommend the free island hopper to get around and to try out John's Pass. We rented a golf kart for pretty cheap as well for the day at Toy Barn. Rick's Reef, Toasted Monkey, and Jimmy B's were some of our favorite closeby bars.

Don’s condo was the perfect spot for our St. Pete getaway! We were able to check in a bit early which was so helpful after having an early flight. Everything that we needed was within walking distance…restaurants, groceries, liquor store, bars, and the BEACH! We were steps away from the beach and we loved being able to walk right to the string of beach bars that St. Pete has to offer (PCI, Jimmy B’s and Coconut Charlie’s were some of our favorites). There were also a ton of restaurants lining Sunset Way. We adored Rick’s Reef and the Bloody Mary bar! This condo was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning in the kitchen. It was so nice to have a cooler, chairs, and an umbrella accessible to use on the beach! It should be noted that the bed pulls out from the wall right in the kitchen/dining/living room area, but that didn’t bother us being a couple! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for me and my husband. It was comfortable and it was close to many restaurants that we walked to. The beach was very close, the pool was great and the shuffle board we used a lot!

Great stay with only three small issues.
Main issues were with the bathroom. The drain for the bathtub was slow and would not drain at times. There was a crack on the toilet seat that would pinch us when we sat down. There was also a very small leak somewhere behind the sink or the toilet. Other than these, the room was what my wife and I intended and used. Overall stay 4 outta 5.

Perfect beach location
We booked this property for the location and around the purpose of our stay- to go to the beach. The location by far exceeded expectations. We were a stone's throw away from a beach entrance and within walking distance from restaurants and beach bars- exactly what we wanted. The parking was included and enabled us close access to the beach. Don provided fabulous recommendations and was extremely responsive to our communication. When we informed him of a problem with the beach umbrella, he immediately sent a new one to the property and remedied the problem. The pool was a perfect touch after a long day in the sun and was safe and clean to use.

Great gem for relaxation
In a high priced market, this efficiency was a great spot for my wife and I. Just steps from the beach with convenient parking, it was a nice place to recoup at night after spending all day out and about.
