The property offered us a wide range of activities for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The back deck with hot tub was well utilized. Large grill was used once. Did not work the 2nd time. The pool was great...weather did not always cooperate. The house offered many different areas to hang out including an open living room area which was popular. The theatre was unexpectedly useful with the kids and guys who watched NBA Finals on a large screen. Host was very available for recommendations and was very personable, accommodating and responsive to all our queries. We took day trips to the beach with his recommendations and visited surrounding areas, all of which were accessible. 2 things we wish had been different: basement needs upgrading, moisture issue. Cleanliness in the kitchen could be better, but head of kitchen crew is particular. We did have a much needed wonderful week.

We had a great time at Bob's property. We really enjoyed using the pool and outside deck space. Bob was great at communicating and providing us with all of the information we needed. I would recommend having more bath and pool towels, for a group of seven there weren't quite enough towels for a multi day stay. Also, some of the pots and pans on the rack in the kitchen were grimmy, we had to clean them before cooking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this home as a great getaway!

House is wonderful. Bob was very responsive. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Place very clean. Thank you for supplying oils, spices, appliances, towels, paper plates, detergent, wood and everything so we could just relax and not go to the store for every little thing. Loved the fireplace, grill, hot tub and large deck. Movie room was a little tricky to use for those of us without A/V experience. Adults and 13, 10 and 8 year old kids had a lovely time. We suggest putting away or marking anything not for guest use (wine, appliances, toiletries, label maker, craft kits etc.) to prevent confusion and questions.

The house was nice The host nevet answered his phone Nor text the entire time we were there.... We ran ibto a few issues like the pool grill and washing machine. He assured me that he would be available If we needed him However he nevet was.😒
