Nuovo noleggio per il 2018 e recentemente rinnovato. Goditi il lago con viste meravigliose. Uno dei migliori lotti sul lago. Disponibile tutto l'anno. Si trova in una grande insenatura tranquilla "senza scia" a circa 25 minuti da I95. Una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia lunga quasi 100 piedi, grande molo per nuotare e prendere il sole, proiettato nel portico sulla casa di barca, vasca idromassaggio nella zona protetta, bella cascata con paesaggio professionale, dolce pendenza sul lungomare, verde, falò, amaca, un sacco di sole e ombra, scale in acqua e molto altro. Ci sono molti spazi divertenti sul lungolago per rendere GRANDI ricordi. Valentine House ha una rampa privata per la barca e un'ottima pesca. Quasi 300 piedi di lungomare con accesso sia in acque profonde che poco profonde. Siamo uno dei pochi posti che ha Comcast Internet. Paddleboat, kayak e alcuni giochi d'acqua inclusi per il tuo divertimento.
La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata quest'anno, con tutte le nuove cucine e bagni (foto a venire). Grande sala grande con grandi finestre panoramiche e vista mozzafiato sul lago. 3 camere da letto si trovano al piano principale e consentono un facile accesso per bambini o anziani. I letti matrimoniali sono nuovissimi e comodi. Una suite matrimoniale completa di un letto king size, bellissimo bagno con ampia doccia e porte-finestre che conducono al portico laterale. Un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e una porta che conduce ad un altro portico laterale. La 3a camera da letto ha un letto full size. Al secondo piano c'è una quarta camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. C'è una quinta camera da letto al 2 ° piano con un letto a castello che ha un estraibile estraibile. Nella zona soppalco al 2 ° piano c'è un divano letto che ha anche un rotelle. La grande cucina aperta ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e un sacco di spazio di archiviazione. Un sacco di piatti, bicchieri, pentole e padelle, piatti da portata, macchina da caffè americano, tostapane, frullatore e altro disponibile per l'uso. Ampio tavolo per mangiare e posti a sedere al bancone. 60 "TV, lettore blu ray e molti dvd nella grande sala per quei giorni di pioggia. Biliardino in soppalco con tanti giochi per grandi e piccini. Grande griglia a propano sul patio.
20 minuti dal Parco Statale del Lago Anna dove ci sono molti sentieri escursionistici. Il leone del cibo è a circa 20 minuti di distanza. 30 minuti a King's Dominion. 10 minuti dalla cantina Lake Anna.

This week was perfect way to end a busy summer. We could definitely see coming back and exploring even more of Lake Anna. It was a week that didn’t fly by too fast as most vacations do.
This property itself was in one word - amazing. From large dock to jump in the lake from or sunbathe to beach area to the hammock in the trees to fire circle to boathouse and kayaks to waterfall feature and to one of my favorite spots. One of my favorite spots was the small deck area closer to boat house. It provided great view of property and easy to watch anyone swimming in front of dock.
Selfishly, I do wish I could keep this gem a secret. (So that it doesn’t book up too fast and we can come back here.). I can see why the owners fell in love with this property and how they creating a great house on the lake.

Such a gorgeous property. This is our 2nd stay here and it's just a wonderful place. Everythng is clean! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We bring our jetskis and it's a perfect part of the lake to ride around every day.
Can't wait to visit again next year!

We had the absolute best experience! From the beginning of booking all the way to leaving, our experience was wonderful. The property owner is kind, attentive and communicative. The house was beautiful with space for our family of 6 to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and felt like home. The house is beautifully updated.
The outside is gorgeous with amazing landscaping and many spaces to explore and play different sports and activities. We enjoyed the boat house ALOT and the sandy beach was a hit for us all. The lot is perfectly situated in a private area that still had gorgeous views. We loved the ability to be in full sun or shade at any point of the day.

Our family had a wonderful stay last week at the Valentine House! The property was spectacular with a beautiful boat house, private dock and beach, lovely firepit area on the beach. Lots of yard too for us to play yard games/sports. Quiet neighborhood.
The house was clean and had everything we needed and more! It fit our family perfectly!
Nanette was a wonderful hostess and answered our questions in a timely manner.
It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together as a family. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!

Property is incredible. House is setup very well. Check in and out were very easy. Had an issue with the property jon boat rental batteries. Owner is going to check out the issue. House kitchen is very well stocked.

Property is beautiful. Well stocked kitchen for prepping a Thanksgiving dinner for 12. Kayak and paddle boat fun, putting green a challenge. We were blessed with perfect autumnal weather. Property manager immediately responsive.

The home is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and superbly equipped. The view of the lake takes your breath away no matter what time of the year and the amenities...one could not ask for more. Wander on the grounds or around the lake. The boathouse is intoxicating with the screened in porch - grab a good book and settle in. Or sit by the fire pit in the evening and watch the stars. We cooked every night and entertained visiting family with such ease. You will want for nothing here...just an extension of your time!

What a wonderful time we had as a family! This place is amazing and we highly recommend it! The owners are great and very responsive. Despite the rainy and cool weather the first few days, we had an incredible time making amazing memories!

My husband and I rented this property for a family vacation with our two children, their spouses, and five grandchildren children ranging in ages between 15 months and 7 years. This trip was in lieu of our OBX vacation. We decided on a lake vacation because of the ages of the grands.
It was the best decision we could make! Lake Anna, and in particular this property, checked every box! We brought our pontoon which we tied up at the dock. Between the boat and all of the amenities of the outside spaces, we had a ball!!!
The boys (5 and 7) were up with the chickens and down at the dock fishing. We lost count of how many bluegills they caught and they loved every minute.
If you’re looking for a spot to give your family, and particular the kids, outdoor recreation at it’s best, then this is the place!

This was our first time vacationing on Lake Anna and it was Perfect! The home was beautiful, very clean and well equipped.
The quiet cove and walk out beach area was great for the small children who spent hours playing in the sand. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful, from the putting green or relaxing in the screened in boat house to sunning on the large dock there was something for everyone. The lake clean and warm. I would absolutely come back to this vacation home.

The house is beautiful and the perfect size for our family and another family to stay (10 people overall). The outdoor area is absolutely amazing, though! The beach area and dock are perfectly situated for kids to play and swim and parents to easily join or watch. We were able to dock our boat on the side. Nanette is extremely responsive and wants you to have a great stay and she hits the mark every time! We will definitely stay again!

Best house on the Lake!
Best house on the Lake! and Nanette is the best host! This was our 3rd summer at the Valentine house. I could go on and on about the house but its already hard to rent and we don't want to lose our spot next year 😂.

We had a great stay at this well stocked and decorated house. The owners have thought of everything. There is a lot of privacy and fun to be had! The house is towards the end of the lake and very quiet. Everything was comfortable and worked well. We would definitely recommend a stay there!

Slice of paradise!
This property just checked all the boxes for us when we booked and we were not disappointed! This was a celebration of our 40th anniversary and also our grandson's 5th birthday. From the gorgeous views to the firepit, the hot tub, paddleboat, Jon boat, and beautiful spacious interior of the house - it was just a perfect vacation! Nanette was always super responsive before, during and after our stay and very warm and accommodating. I can't recommend this property enough. The week went by much quicker than we wanted. Thank you so much and I hope we can book again some time!

Overdue Family Vacation
It has been a long time since we have had a family vacation. My husband and I wanted to get our 4 children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, & 3 grandchildren together for a week vacation. We were thinking beach but I came across this property on the lake.

Beautiful home, great location
This was our second time at Valentine Cove. The property is lovely - lots of lakefront area, including a shady beach area with adirondack chairs, great dock for fishing where the little ones caught a bunch of little fish, 2 kayaks and paddleboat are fun activities, swimming right off the dock. Secluded cove without much boat traffic at all and it is a no-wake zone so no speeding motors to worry about. All around, this is a great home.

Great place for a getaway
We loved our week-long stay here. The house is great and can't beat the location and view. We loved the property and all the amenities - we also rented to jon boat for the week and really enjoyed it. Nanette was super responsive to all of our questions and the property really is as nice as all of the pictures.

Outstanding stay for two families!
We had an outstanding stay at Valentine House in July 2021. Our group, two families consisting of 4 adults and 6 children (toddler-teenager age range) had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is perfect for hanging out. The sofas are comfortable for lounging. The bedrooms are very well appointed for a group. I liked that the “kids” rooms were upstairs and away from doors (peace of mind for parents). The outdoors are are amazing. The dock and beach were used all day by our group morning-evening! We hope to be back. Also, Nanette (the owner) was so responsive. We appreciate being able to get answers about any questions before and during our stay.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful family vacation at the Valentine house. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us- all of us even fit at the dining table.! So much to do around the property-we enjoyed the kayaks, the johnboat and especially the boat house where the kid/teenagers hung out quite a bit. we rented a boat one day and went tubing which was a lot of fun. This was one of our favorite family vacations and we highly recommend a stay at the Valentine House.

Beautiful Oasis
The house is gorgeous, but the property is AMAZING. The house had all of the amenities we could possibly need. We rented the Jon boat for an additional fee, which the teens enjoyed driving around a bit to sight see.
The beach is perfect and the position of the property on the lake was ideal for tubing and boating.
We can't wait to stay here again!

The house is updated and well maintained. The grounds are amazing- the sandy beach, the dock, the screened porch in the boat house, the waterfall and the putting green- so much to enjoy. There truly is ample parking and even an ice maker in the screened porch. Our group enjoyed it all!
