Reviewer Comments:
Fantastic location. Clean. As described in the listing. We had a great few days away and loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk.

We stayed in this upper cottage for four nights and the location cannot be beat! Easy access to anything that we need. The cottage is a bit small but was fine for our needs. I did find it a little odd that we need to rent sheets and towels which was a first for me. Seems like at that price it should be included but maybe this is a new trend. The description also indicated that there was dedicated parking but it appears to be a shared tandem spot with the downstairs unit - though we didn’t have any issues. The office staff was very communicative and instructions were extremely clear. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was very clean and even though is was pet friendly I would have never known-that means a lot. It was very beach friendly and in a great location. I just wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger and a place to hang things outside to dry. Otherwise it would be perfect. Thanks!

Downstairs neighbors were very intrusive. They dominated the shared space like it was their own. Parked on street because of the shared parking situation. No laundry in upstairs apartment 43D listed in fine print of contract. Online listing says coin laundry available. That is NOT on property for upstairs rental. Location was great. Upstairs apartment was small but enough for two people. Nicely decorated.
