Il "Reef" è una casa galleggiante da 50 'di nuova costruzione attraccata al porto turistico di Badgers Island a Kittery, ME sul fiume Piscataqua.
La casa galleggiante dispone di un letto matrimoniale in entrambe le camere da letto e di un divano estraibile. Il bagno principale ha una testa e un lavandino mentre il bagno principale ha una doccia, una testa e un lavandino. La cambusa dispone di un frigorifero, lavello e piano cottura, nonché una caffettiera Keurig, tostapane, pentole, padelle e un set completo di stoviglie / utensili.
Anche nella cambusa è una dinette con posti a sedere per 4 così come il bartop che ha posti a sedere per 2.
Nel salone è un divano letto matrimoniale, 32 "TV a schermo piatto e altoparlante Bluetooth.
In cima alla casa galleggiante è una splendida terrazza esterna dove si può godere la vista sul fiume, mentre cenando al tavolo da patio che offre posti a sedere per 4.
In loco presso il porto turistico è un impianto di lavanderia con 2 bagni, 1 bagno e lavanderia a gettoni e unità di asciugatura.
Sul molo del porto c'è una griglia piena di dimensioni, tavoli da picnic, sedie Adirondack, ecc ...
Il ghiaccio è disponibile per l'acquisto e c'è un parcheggio gratuito.
Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti per un $ 30. 00 tassa.

The location was excellent - walking distance to Kittery and Portsmouth. The property is well maintained. The roof deck provided excellent views of sunrises and sunsets. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend.

We love staying on the house boat! This was our 2nd time and it never disappoints. The location is also fantastic and we always have water front view. I highly recommend it.

This was my third year staying on a houseboat of Suzanne's and I can't wait to return next year! The Reef is perfect! It's layout and size is perfect for me, but it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so four could stay there comfortably as well. There are four places to sit and eat and a nice big comfortabke couch and one comfy chair in the living room area for hanging out, watching TV/streaming. The wifi is very strong. The boat was spotless and there were plenty of towels, T.P., soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The shower is very good size with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The gentle swaying of the boat at night is wonderful for a restful sleep. The top deck is THE place to hang out and watch the boats come and go with the bridge going up for the taller ships. So cool the engineering of it all. The deck chaises are comfy and if you want shade you can sit under the umbrella at the table. The stern deck is also lovely to sit and have your coffee on. I loved watching and listening to the terns and cormorants. The Reef is a fantastic homebase for exploring the area in New Hampshire and Maine. So much to see and do! It's breaktakingly beautiful! Suzanne is an excellent host! I highly recommend Reef for a quiet, fun and unique getaway! The marina is small and very quiet at night with only 1 other houseboat. You basically have the whole place to yourself, amazing!

Exceeded our expectations! 4 of us (adults) stayed on this beautiful houseboat for 3 nights. Amazing location and views, and surprisingly quiet. The boat is spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful, especially the upper deck!
