A Beautifully Kept Historic Retreat, Walking Distance to Downtown

Situato nel quartiere storico di Little Washington, il nostro cottage di 1200 piedi quadrati è stato completamente rinnovato ed è super pulito! Aria condizionata centralizzata e riscaldamento centrale rendono questo un soggiorno confortevole in ogni stagione. Un casual 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Washington dove si può godere il bellissimo lungomare, ristoranti e bar. 30 minuti a Greenville, NC Airport e Eastern Carolina University. 45 minuti per New Bern e Coastal Carolina Airport. Il cottage si trova in un grande, tranquillo lotto con un sacco di parcheggio fuori strada. Siamo animali domestici!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage in Little Washington! The cottage is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Our schnauzers loved the huge, fenced-in yard. The location is within walking distance of the waterfront, Estuarium, restaurants, and breweries. The owner, Patty, was top-notch in terms of prompt communication and addressing questions. Highly recommend this property!!

This was our first time staying in Washington and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The home was perfect for us and our dogs. They loved the yard, the shade from the trees, and the easy walk downtown. It’s a quick 20min drive to Goose Creek State Park as well which is a bonus!We definitely plan on staying here again in the future, and would recommend this cottage to anyone, especially if you are traveling with your dogs!

A great house in a great location. Convenient to the river walk and all of the great restaurants and shops in little Washington. It was a great base for our family and pets during ECU grad weekend. Will definitely think of staying here again!
