Paradiso delle vacanze! Assolutamente tutto ciò che desideri o di cui hai bisogno è a portata di mano nel Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Questo affascinante e immacolato, appena rinnovato 3/2, ospita 8 (2 letti king size, 1 letto queen size, 1 divano letto queen size) con un grande tavolo da pranzo, 3 aree salotto, 2 televisori, WIFI gratuito e un tavolo da patio con vista sul 17 ° fairway ! Tutti i mobili nuovi di zecca, puliti, in una pianta luminosa e aperta.
Usa il nostro carrello da golf per portarti in pochi minuti, in spiaggia (non è necessario andare sulla strada principale o sull'autostrada), 2 piscine comunitarie, campi da tennis e 4 campi da golf! Salta nel golf cart per Baytowne Wharf che vanta numerosi ristoranti eccezionali e divertenti attività per famiglie (una zip line, una parete da arrampicata e un fantastico parco giochi!) Questa comunità amichevole vi accoglierà con numerose attività tra cui scegliere. Non vuoi cucinare? Salta sul golf cart fino al Grand Boulevard, dove troverai Emeril's, Cantina Laredo, Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza, PF Changs e Starbucks. Qui troverai boutique esclusive, negozi specializzati e rivenditori rinomati come Anthropologie, Billabong, Chico's, J. Jill e Pottery Barn, solo per citarne alcuni. Un cinema con 10 schermi e numerosi eventi all'aperto completeranno le tue attività. The cottage was very clean, comfortable furniture, and the kitchen well stocked. Close to all the amenities and shopping/restaurants. Would rent again.

Our stay at the beach cottage owned by John and Kristen was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. We were greeted with a lovely handwritten card, a delightful bottle of wine, and delicious cake pops that made us feel right at home.The accommodations were thoughtfully prepared, with everything we could possibly need. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels were provided, along with a golf cart that made it a breeze to get to the beach or the grocery store. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the cottage itself was incredibly cozy—exactly the kind of retreat we were hoping for.I know some might hesitate to book, but I urge you to go for it! This hidden gem is a treasure that our family plans to return to yearly. John and Kristen are the best hosts you could ask for, deserving of a full 10 stars! We can’t wait for our next visit!

We’ve been vacationing in 30A/Destin for years, but this location - and this house - is the best we’ve stayed in! It can be hard to pick a place to stay out of so many to choose from, but I’m so glad we paid attention to the reviews because they were 100% accurate and led us to the most amazing place for our family vacation. Kristen was amazing - from answering questions about the property, sending info we needed to know for check in, and last minute check out questions - she was quick to help. Not only was the house fully stocked with all the things we would need for the week, she even left us a welcome note and some treats that were definitely enjoyed during the week . We absolutely loved the house - it was so spacious and clean! Our son and daughter are going into middle school and high school so it was nice to have plenty of space in the house for all of us to hang out separately, or together. We loved the large dining room table at night for dinner and games, and movies in the family room. Before long, we all had our favorite spots ! We loved having a golf cart to get to the pools, the Wharf, and the best sunset views you will ever see at the bay. I am so thankful for our time at Kristen’s place - it truly was one of the best family beach vacations we’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back next year!!
