Great little lake house! The owners were great to work with, Linda had the place all clean and ready for us, and the location is out of this world!!! We had a great time.

Lovely cottage on the lake with an amazing backyard view. We loved sitting by a fire in the evening. The house was comfortable and had a modern kitchen which we loved for preparing meals. Four friends had lots of fun, laughter and memories we’ll share for years to come.

Very clean and easy check in. Lake front view was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying at this lakefront cottage. Only drawback would be the tight parking spaces. Broken floor tile and loose towel bar in bathroom.

We had an awesome stay and thoroughly enjoyed or time in the Lake House. The host was wonderful and the area is beautiful. This was a much needed vacation. The house is up to date, clean, and even had a cappuccino machine. We will stay here again.

The place was stunning. Looked at the water everyday on porch while sipping on hot coffee. Host was friendly and accommodating. Kitchen is top of the line. Will definitely look into booking again next year.

We spent a week here in June and came back for the fall foliage in October. The cottage is nice size for a couple. Most things, especially appliances, are very high quality. Our primary requirement was for a rental with a minimal number stairs due to disability (i.e. None from the road to the house, house to lake, within the house.). Phil's cottage had only a small number of steps. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, the in-floor heating is remarkably uniform, the light and windows and lake view were all great. If I had to change one thing, I would have Phil buy a new set of microwave-safe dishes and some more eating utensils. The check-in time is inaccurate. Actually 4 pm.

We just got home from this beautiful cottage and wish we were still there. It is so peaceful, clean, and updated with everything you need.. We can't thank Phil enough for sharing his place with us.. We will be going back again next year for sure and hopefully for a longer stay.

Selfishly I don't want to encourage others to book here hahaha. The house is clean, cozy, with an AMAZING chef's kitchen. And the deck was so roomy, used for a family poker night as well as morning coffee and reading, family chats, and just zeroing out. The shore was perfect for my 3 year old grandson, who had his first kayak ride with his dad. Only hiccup was a discrepancy in the check in time online and communicated by email, but Linda kindly let me unload groceries while she finished cleaning. I hope to return, we had a wonderful week.

This property is the perfect lake cottage with a spacious back porch, wonderful yard with lots of shade, comfy furniture and quiet. The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Great view of the lake from the inside. Good location

It's a wonderful cottage at the end of a quiet private road. It's super clean with a beautiful, well equipped kitchen. There's a wonderful covered porch overlooking the lake. Already looking forward to staying there next year.

The reviews are true - the pictures don't do this place justice. We had such a wonderful time, spending our days on the water and nights around the campfire. The porch is deep and shady and the perfect place for morning coffee. The beds are so comfy - we all slept like rocks.
The only downside was having to go home.

This is was a. new build several years ago so things are in great shape. Was not built as a rental, so there is an expensive espresso machine even! The yard is very small, so wouldn't be good for small children, but was great for us. So wonderful to have the water so close. Perfect for us because no stairs either in the house or to the lake. The owner owns property next door and is great, friendly guy. The second bedroom is tiny. Master bedroom was great. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Two spots available for parking but were able to park next door at Long Point park when we needed an extra spot. Kitchen not quite as well appointed as some places we have rented but certainly adequate. We liked so much are hoping to return next summer and are returning in the fall for another week!

The pictures do of the house do not do it justice. It was absolutely gorgeous inside. I have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. My only concern was I thought the king bed mattress needs to be replaced. There was a spring that I could feel on the door side of the bed. Other than that the house is outstanding.

The ab-so-lutely best part is having morning coffee or a meal on the deck while watching the water on the lake- very tranquil.
Town is only 10-15 minutes away with Wegmans and Aldi for groceries. Check out the quaint Geneseo downtown too!
