Everything was absolutely perfect and it couldn’t have been better. The view was breathtaking we never got tired of waking up to it and the location was ideal. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed, from the facilities to the coffee machine, and it truly felt like the perfect place to stay. Federica was amazing throughout. We genuinely feel we wouldn’t have experienced Capri the same way if we hadn’t stayed here. We would come back without hesitation.

Location is great, lots of space , two bathrooms, living room and kitchen and a huge garden, calm house even the street is near. We got a lot of bottles of water for welcome and the kitchen is also very well equipped .The landlord lady was accessible to all our needs and on the last day she arranged transportation to the port for us, which we were unable to do ourselves due to the taxis being busy. We could easily park the Vespa behind the fence where there was enough space. The store is also very near by, also rent a bike and hospital if somebody needs it😀.

I can't say that I have any negative comments, because the house is very cozy and the price for 4 adults was very affordable for Capri. Considering the number of guests, it is understandable that some equipment ( garden chair) needs to be replaced, but there is really enough of everything and we were not deprived. Behind the house they even have a laundry room and washing maschine. The mosquitoes were the most annoying for us, but the lady immediately arranged it and delivered repellents to us. And there were no more of them😀

It was the perfect stay to celebrate my birthday with my friends - I really couldn’t have picked a better house! The check in was smooth and easy, the air conditioning works very well, the kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of space and a large living room with a beautiful view. Several outdoor areas felt like we could spread out and spend most time outside enjoying the sunset or aperitivos. I have to highlight the location - it was PERFECT. The Capri town is 5 minutes by walk, but the area feels quiet and secluded (unlike in the town center, which is packed with tourists). You can take a taxi or bus anywhere. You can walk down to Marina Grande and Marina Piccola, as well as the Punta Tragara & Arco Naturale hikes. Of course, there are usually hills to come back up, but this is normal for Capri. Federica really made our whole stay so smooth and so comfortable - I cannot wait to come back one day soon!

The only small problem was the WiFi - unfortunately, it did not work during most of our stay because of a big storm on the island and the power outage in the area. Federica did everything possible to fix it and was very helpful. I would just be careful not to schedule any important calls and come to Capri to enjoy the beach and the island, as WiFi everywhere can be unreliable
