Nice quite rural location perfect for our trip to go house hunting in Lincoln area.

Only a microwave for heating ready meals but that worked for us. No real kitchen facility.

Breakfast met our needs. Location was fine and suited our needs

Everything was fine

Lovely peaceful location. Comfortable bed. Nice that a jug of milk and some basic breakfast was provided. Easy check in. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fridge, microwave and toaster meant we could have cooked an evening meal if we had chosen to.

The sloped ceiling led to a few head bumps and meant neither of us could sit up properly on the bed. Otherwise very comfortable.

Location was lovely access was easy through a secure key lock.

I am so disappointed with this stay (I travel with my business and stay away weekly). Firstly the hygiene is incredibly poor when you open the door in the garage (yes inside the garage) to the apartment you are greeted with dirty photo attached, continues upstairs. The crockery was no better dirty mugs not pleasant and while the property is described above a garage which I am fine with walking through a garage to get to the property was not what was expected. Then it came to the facilities the microwave is in the garage not the actual apartment so you have to go downstairs into the garage if you want to use the microwave pic attached. Breakfast included the photo in the description on booking.com is so misleading it needs to be removed by booking.com. What you actually get is a few old bars which I also photographed of bars that have potentially been left by many other visitors. All photos were taken to send to family as they couldn’t believe what I was saying since we also stayed local the week previous at a different property
