Property was excellent. The concierge made our stay most enjoyable. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Lisbon 10 out of 10.

Hard to access through very narrow streets. Parking is a problem

Excelent Concierge Service

The most perfect location. Så wonderful and professional team that took so good care of us. Thanks to Rui Pedro for everything. We were in do good hands. And the room was perfectly cleaned 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nothing- EVERYTHING was perfect 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing, 100% recommend. The host/concierge was so helpful and accommodating; always went the extra step to make sure you were having a comfortable stay. For example, we prefer it cooler at night so they adjusted the air-conditioning to be to our liking. We were also in Portugal during a heat wave so we decided to head to the beach and he dropped off a beach bag for us with waters, towels, and sunscreen. The apartment is right by lots of restaurants and shops yet it was nice and quiet. Really clean and super cute. Pillows and bedding were comfortable and there was a variety to choose from. Lots of thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and snacks each morning. Host was always very responsive and happy to provide recommendations and information. We travel a lot and I felt like this was one of the top apartments we have stayed in. I also thought it was good value. The one thing to know about the area is the Alfama district is hilly! We knew this before we booked and it wasn’t a problem for us, but just a heads up if you’re someone who has mobility challenges.

Beds were firmer than I would like, but that’s just a personal preference
