Zdecydowanie na plus widok z balkonu i lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, w tym samym budynku znajduje się również sklep. W okolicy dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych. Nie wiem, z czego wynikają tak negatywne oceny dotyczące czystości czy łazienki. Fakt, apartamenty nie są sprzątane przez cały pobyt, jednak są posprzątane na pobyt ;) Ogólnie - jak za te cenę to naprawdę polecam.

Korytarz i samo wnętrze budynku raczej nie robi dobrego wrażenia. Totalnie nie odzwierciedla samego mieszkania, którego standard jest super. Na pierwszy rzut oka można się nawet przerazić ;) Z rzeczy, do których można się doczepić - mało ręczników, brak mini kosmetyków, zapach unoszący się na korytarzu i czasami głośne towarzystwo.

Einfach, aber ok eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Lage zentral, W-Lan gut, Meerblick vom 4. Stock schön.

quietschende Metallbetten, die man auf Balkon lagern kann, aber Matratzen gut. Man schläft im 1-Zimmer App. mit den Füßen zum lauten Kühlschrank, Backofen nicht vorhanden, nur Mikrowelle. TV darf nicht wichtig sein, alles nur spanisch, keine akzeptable Abdunkelung für die Nacht, tagsüber kein Sonnenschirm, Markise etc. Im Jan. 24 jeden Werktag ganztags kräftiger Baulärm mit Kreissäge usw. Baulärm dürfte nicht nur vorübergehend sein.

Die Lage ist super. Das Internet war schnell genug für netflix.

Es ist wirklich das absolute minimum wie man eine Wohnung einrichten kann, es ist alles vorhanden, aber das billigste vom billigsten. Nicht mal Seife war da, das einlagige Toilettenpapier für die Toilette für zwerge war dann wirklich passend dazu. Hier wird wirklich nur Geld gemacht, dem Gast irgendwie das Gefühl von "zu Hause" zu geben ist völlig gescheitert. Maximal für 1-2 Nächte empfehlenswert ansonsten, wirklich das absolute minimum. Sauber war es auch nicht wirklich, wenn man ein Möbelstück verschiebt sieht man, dass da Monate nicht geputzt wurde. Der Buchungsprozess am Anfang ist auch etwas beschwerlich, da man eine halb übersetze Mailorder wordart Grafik bekommt, und Androhung von Strafe hier und da.

Appartamento sporco con capelli ovunque, teli bagno e bagnoschiuma assente. L'assistenza clienti è assente, ho provato a contattare tramite whatsapp l'agenzia che ha sede a Lanzarote, perché al telefono non risponde, per fare pulire l'appartamento ma nessun riscontro posi. Ho lasciato l'appartamento, purtroppo avevo pagato l'intera settimana ma stare lì era alquanto impossibile.

There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. And we had a bit of a communication issue upon check in but it got solved fairly quickly!

Lage: super (wir kennen die Gegend gut). Apartment: groß, alles da, ABER EXTREM SCHLECHTE BETTEN (durchhängend, wie eine Hängematte). Ich hatte extreme Rückenorobleme, trotz auffüllen der Matratze mit Badetüchern. Hab ich noch😕

Leer bien las indicaciones del anfitrión para no llevarte a pagar cargos que si es verdad están explicados en el contrato. Como quedarte en casa de tu abuela y tener que recoger todo para que tu madre no te reprendiera.

Lo mejor de este apartamento son sin dudas las vistas. El apto. estaba muy amplio y moderno. Recomendado!

El proceso del check in fue pésimo! Como hemos reservado 1 día antes de alojarnos, el establecimiento nos mandó las instrucciones muy tarde y tardamos 1 hora para poder entrar al apartamento. El numero de "emergencia" nadie lo responde. Por favor mejorar el proceso del check in y será perfecto.

La ubicación, y las vistas.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, no tienes a nadie a quien pedir información, la entrada de los apartamentos súper descuidada, sucia y no apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Aparte de no poder dormir de tanto polvo y suciedad que había, hice vídeos y fotos porque voy a denunciar. Tuvimos que ir a urgencias con un ataque de asma de tanto polvo que había. Y para más inri, desde las 8:00 de la mañana en la planta de arriba habían obras, con lo cual martillando desde las 8:00 de la mañana todo el día. Los vídeos no me dejan subirlos. Los colgaré en Google. Para que la gente vea…

Las fotos del anuncio o corresponden para nada con lo que te encuentras allí. El baño estallado y todo el techo de la ducha se caía por la humedad. El botón de la cisterna estaba roto y pegado con cinta aislante. Una de las habitaciones tiene ventilación a la escalera y estar mucho ruido. Y en la recepción abajo se acumula la suciedad y excrementos de gatos.

Shower temperature was inconsistent and only giving a couple of minutes worth of hot water. Building can be rowdy with German male tourists

The location of the house is perfect and the balcony has an amazing view right in front of the ocean! The apartment is big and with a lot of light. Easy self check-in and check-out!

As soon as we arrived all of us took showers and the water was dirty! The hot water was coming out in a copper color, probably due to the fact that the the pipes belong to a structure which is pretty old! It took 4 showers before the water came out clear. So we all took cold cold shower. Also, I booked the place for 4 people but not all of us had pillows and blankets! In one room there are a double bed + a single bed (which are fine for 3 person). The 4th person could sleep in the sofa bed in the living room, which is absolutely more than fine...problem was that there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. So one person had to sleep for 2 nights without pillow and we lend him one of the blankets we had.

1) It was freaking complicated to book this accommodation compare to any of my previous experiences on booking.com or Airbnb. The host send a SUPER LONG message about I need to register on another website and how to get the key etc.! Omg! I spent a lot of time to read, follow their vedio and fill their form, because I don't know if anything can happen if I miss any info. And I was only staying for 1 night for all of these! This never happened in any accommodation bookings. It was a horrible experience! 2) The room was bad! Especially for that price! The bathroom was wet and smelly, the sink was leaking and made the floor wet and disgusting. There was no hand-wash, the shower was small and uncomfortable after closing the curtain. The bed was old and uncomfortable, with a dip in the middle....lucky I only needed to stay for 1 night. Highly NOT recommended.

-The beds are really bed, you just sink in the middle. My girlfriend woke up every morning with back pain. - When you are a couple a double bed is appreciated - No shelves in the bedroom closets - for the price we paid a few more things in the kitchen would be appreciated. Also small details, like a new sponge for the dishes, some hand soap in the bathroom, a bottle of water... - some color on the walls - Also the contact number provided in the link was of a woman who was rude and didn't have anything to do with the flats (I speak fluent Spanish) we wanted to ask for a later check out - It was pricy, we had a newer, better equipped flat in the North with a Seaview for half the price - it was also noisy from the bar and drunk people, but that you can't help

The view from the apartament is very nice and It is located in front of the beach in the center of Morro Jable.

The host system is too complex with too many messages and a lot of rigidity as well as the confort at the apartament is basic.
