Stadtnähe, Sauberkeit, Küchenausstattung, Top-Erreichbarkeit der Betreiber.
Die beiden Einzelbetten sind unglaublich laut. Gemeinsam in dem Zimmer schlafen wirklich schwierig. Pfannen sind leider in schlechtem Zustand. (Beschichtung löst sich) Parksituation sehr angespannt.

The apartment is well equipped, comfy. Owner very flexibel. I recommend this place.
Parking is very difficult
Beaches are far -few km- from the location; a car is definitely needed.

Good central location, there are grocery stores, bus stop and a children's playground nearby. It was quiet at night.
The apartment is well equipped and clean. Lovely balcony with sea view
The building is on a hill, so be ready for many steps when walking from the city center.
