Aggiornato condominio al 10 ° piano - unità di fronte alla spiaggia! Splendida vista completa sul golfo! Aggiornamento in autunno del 2015 ... Tutti i nuovi pavimenti, nuovo divano, tavolino, tavolini, tavolo da pranzo e sedie, nuovo set di camera da letto e tutti i nuovi letti!

We had an amazing family vacation with our two young kids 7 & 5 - the bunk beds were perfect for them - the location was amazing and the resort had everything we need plus more! The owners are wonderful hosts and the condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean, with beautiful ocean views and conveniently located in Destin with several pools and private beach access! You cannot beat this stay! We will be back very soon.

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway this September to choose to stay at Laura’s place at Pelican Beach Resort. We had a fantastic time and very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated and clean, with everything we need for our stay. They even had some beach chairs to use, if you didn’t want to use the beach service or wanted to be on the beach later than the beach service stayed open.
Great location as we walked to several restaurants on the beach and in town. Grocery store is right across the street and very walkable.
The beach are perfect along this whole stretch and you won’t be disappointed. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular on the balcony.
We both had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

I booked this condo for my husband and I’s honeymoon this September and Laura far exceeded all expectations we had! She was very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns I had! Condo was 10/10 spotless and absolutely beautiful! We could not have chose a more perfect place to stay. We hope to stay with Laura again very soon!

The condo was very clean and beds were comfy. Living room was and social area has taste and is welcoming. Balcony furniture is new and comfortable; Hard to beat the view. Owner is responsive and accommodating. My family and I built some nice memories. We will return!

My wife and i decided to get away for a week somewhat last minute for my 50th birthday, and we caould not have found a better place to stay!!! It was perfect... very nice,clean,excelent views and Laura was Fantastic... she recomended the renting of the beach chairs in advance and we took full advantage of it.... Highly recomend this place, Not to mention the great location and the great staff!!! Thanks Laura.

We have stayed at The Pelican Beach Resort 3 times, and this particular condo has been the best one yet!! Very Clean, with updated appliances and decor (No Carpet idk why but carpet at the beach gives me the Ickies ) Laura, the property owner was soo super sweet, easy to talk to and accommodating!! Pelican Beach is our favorite location and condo 1005 has an amazing beach front view of the gulf (Ocean) and one of the many pools on property!!! We bought extra beach chairs and boogie boards that we left behind in the storage closet, for the next family to use and we hope everyone pays it forward for as long as they can hold up against the sand Can’t wait to book again for next year!

We had a great experience at this property! We’ve never rented a condo for a vacation before so we were a little unsure about how we would like it. We loved being on the ocean and having access to pools and a fitness center.

This property was perfect and just as the pictures show. The owner was amazing and accommodating. Check in and out was simple. Waking up to the beach view every morning and reading to the sound of waves before bed on the balcony made our vacation perfect. Merlin's pizza is amazing btw! Beats any pizza near where we live times 10.

Laura was such an amazing host! This was our first time to Destin and the condo was the best! The condo was so nice and clean and the views of the ocean were amazing. Laura even checked on us during our vacation just to make sure things were going well! Can’t wait to stay again in the future and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

The owner was so nice she even checked on us about halfway through my stay to make sure everything was OK. The condo was exactly as described in the view from the balcony is gorgeous! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Although I wasn’t in the condo for other than sleeping and getting ready for dinner. This rental is cared for, you can see they’ve put their heart into it and want their guests to feel at home. I most certainly did and I will definitely rebook! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!

Our hosts were exceptional and very attentive, beginning with our initial inquiry and through our entire stay. We had a wonderful time and really have no complaints, our first impression was wonderful and we plan to visit again next year. The resort was quaint and clean. It was a joy watching the Dolphins almost every morning while having our coffee on the balcony. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! Great Location! The condo was exactly as described. We saw dolphins from our balcony! Staff was very friendly and the Tiki bar was great! The Cafe served delicious food! I highly recommend trying the BBQ pork sandwiches!

This was our first time staying at Pelican, and we loved it! The owner was wonderful to work with, and our unit on the 10th floor had the perfect beach view. The tiki bar by the pool was a nice touch, and we even had a waitress on the beach to take drink and food orders! The resort location is close to the marina as well as our favorite restaurant, Boshamps. We are already looking forward to our next trip back!

We had a fantastic stay here. The listing was as expected. Very clean. Had everything we could need to get the vacation going. The owner was communicative and if we had had issues (which we didn't), I'm sure she would have been right on top of it. The facilities were great. We loved that one pool was in the shade for the afternoon, so we could lay off the sunscreen for a bit. Steps to the ocean. I know nature did this one, but the water was so clear it was like walking in to a pool. Amazing. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Condo
We had a great time at Pelican Beach in Destin! Laura, the condo owner, was fantastic with communication and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The property itself was great for our family, especially with our 2 kids. The kids enjoyed being able to quickly & easily access the beach, as well as have the option of going to 3 different pools on the property. Within the condo, we were pleasantly surprised to have access to a storage closet with beach chairs & miscellaneous beach floats/toys during our trip. In addition, there was a cute bookshelf with beach related children’s books that my 5 year old wanted to read every night before bed. The attention to detail within the condo was top notch! Finally, the location of the property within Destin was centrally located. We were vacationing and also in Destin for a youth baseball event & were easily able to attend games and hurry back to the beach for ocean time! I did wish that there was a washer and dryer within the condo itself; however, there was a washer & dryer on each floor at the property that could be utilized for a small fee. Overall, we would 100% stay at Laura’s condo again & look forward to our next beach trip!

What more could you want? 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, we’ll appointed quarters that easily slept my family of 5 (3 kids under the age of 18) and a tiki bar that is the best on the beach (true because there are no others but it really was nice and well staffed). Laura, the host, very communicative and genuinely cared for our stay. Literally across the street from the water park, 2 mins from the go kart track and 5 mins from the downtown boardwalk. Tons of stuff to do. Destin can be busy though so plan on making a big run to the grocery store to not have to deal with hour long waits eating out.

The tiki bar is a lot of fun, the banana frozen drink was delicious. The staff was really friendly. I’d get up at 5 every morning to watch the sunrise and then run up to Starbucks to get my coffee. It’s only a 5 minute drive and if you leave around 6 traffic isn’t bad at all. There are lots of beach toys in the closet in the condo. We left a floaty and some sand toys, so it’s great not having to go buy a bunch of toys for the short time you’ll be there. Laura is wonderful, she checks in with you to make sure things are going well and if there are any issues she’s quick to respond and get to the bottom of it. Overall I highly recommend Laura and her condo. We plan on returning, this was by far the best vacation we have had.
