Splendida villa contemporanea nel mezzo della foresta pluviale con una vista spettacolare da questa squisita casa vacanze tropicale a due piani, ideale per gli amanti della natura che cercano uno spazio appartato che dista solo 10 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia più vicina. Situato in una comunità privata recintata a 2 km dall'autostrada, in una posizione perfetta e poco affollata, a soli 17 minuti da Dominical e a 30 minuti dal Parco Nazionale Manuel Antonio. Sei pronto per esplorare la regione del sud del Costa Rica?
È dotato di ampie terrazze e balconi, una piscina a sfioro con una grande terrazza solarium, spazi di vita all'aperto, Wi-Fi, una cucina completa, TV satellitare e 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto al 2 ° piano è dotato di un letto matrimoniale, bagno privato, aria condizionata, e una vista parziale dell'oceano. Le altre due camere sono al piano di sotto e condividono un ampio bagno. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed these accommodations. We had a few issues with the fridge leaking but the property manager solved them efficiently. We all enjoyed the pool as it was hot and humid making the pool very welcome. Also a short walk to a waterfall and natural pool for cooling off. A few of the small appliances are in need of updating but again no complaints.

The Portosol staff could not have been more helpful. Our 10 week stay was wonderful. The wildlife and the flora were plentiful. The kitchen was well equiped

Peaceful is the word that comes to mind. Property is well designed, well maintained and property managers were very communicative with any questions we had. Wifi was great. Definitely need a 4x4 to get to location. It’s remote and isolated so, just be aware. Many grocery stores in the area to stock up pantry. 50 bird species identités during our stay. Butterflies a plenty. Great access (by vehicle ) to beaches with macaws, sloths. Highly recommend for those looking to just get away

The place is very cool in a really interesting place. Everyone told us the road in would be a problem but it wasn’t and we didn’t have a 4x4. Security is very nice and helpful. The house is nice and done well. We are 9 people and it is meant to fit us but almost everyone is in two bedrooms with one one bathroom between them. That was a bit of a struggle as well. The pool is cool and has a cool view but we went during rainy season and it was too cold for us. I’d def think hard before going during rainy season though. Everything is outdoors. Each bedroom and the kitchen are indoors but to get from one place to the other you have to go outdoors. The seating and eating area is also outdoors. It’s covered from the rain but the wildlife is very intense. There are bats flying around and massive lizards and frogs and grasshoppers and insects. So if you’re really good with bugs etc, go for it. If that makes your kids nervous, it can be stressful. The waterfall nearby is so cool but unfortunately we kept getting poured on so we didn’t get to enjoy it. If u go during the rainy season, go out early all will be fine. I’m summary, if u love the outdoors, got for it. If u want some space between you and the outdoors, look elsewhere.
