PRENOTA ORA!! Venite a soggiornare in questa spaziosa villa da golf situata nella splendida spiaggia di Edgewater e nel golf resort. Villa è arredata con gusto e ha tutti i comfort e le comodità di casa. Villa è molto spaziosa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto per accogliere eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi. L'unità è stata recentemente aggiornata con nuove vernici, nuovi materassi su ogni letto, nuovo tappeto e nuovi mobili. Una delle tante piscine in loco si trova proprio dietro l'unità. Ti siedi sul balcone e goditi la splendida vista della piscina. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare a casa o, se preferite, ci sono diversi punti ristoro nel resort. Oceans Bar and Grill, se si preferisce più di un'esperienza culinaria di lusso, o per più di un'atmosfera informale, il Bimini Sand Bar sulla spiaggia è sempre una buona scelta. Il resort ha anche un Pizza Hut, Starbucks Coffee e Edgie's Corner Market.
Le strutture ricreative includono una piscina in stile laguna, 11 piscine aggiuntive e quattro vasche idromassaggio. Un campo da shuffleboard e 11 campi da tennis sono anche sul sito. C'è un centro fitness, centro benessere e, naturalmente, c'è il campo da golf Executive Par Three.
C'è sicuramente qualcosa per tutti in questo villaggio! Troppi servizi da elencare! Se trovi il tempo di lasciare il resort, troverai Pier Park a circa 4 miglia di distanza. Pier Park ospita un grande centro commerciale all'aperto e ospita diversi ristoranti tra cui Margaritiville di Jimmy Buffett. Shipwreck Island Water Park è raggiungibile a piedi dal resort insieme a molte altre attrazioni!

It is definitely quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful kitchen counter tops! Needs some normal routine maintenance and repairs, just like any place would.

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

7 adults fit perfectly in here. The resort it self was great. People were so nice if needed anything. Tram system was great. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for our Summer Vacation! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The villa was very spacious! The resort is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and the tram service was great!

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and of high quality. The master shower is huge with good water pressure. Ac works great. We enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a rental. The place is decorated nice and has great access to a heated pool.

The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.

I enjoyed our stay.loved the pool being right outside the condo.There is one thing that needed cleaned the air conditioner closet. The floors could be cleaned better. I would stay again.The decor of the condo was unique. Love that it had 3 bathrooms for everyone has their on bath. Thank you for our stay it was very pleasant

Vacation at Panama City Beach
My husband, three teens (16 & 13 year old twins) and I along with another family of 3 stayed a week at the Villas at Edgewater. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owner Tim was great about communication regarding any questions that came up. There were a few things that I was disappointed in such as the condo not being as clean as I expected. The floors were not clean, there was trash left under one of the beds from the previous stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and made so much noise. Having the pool right outside of the condo can be a blessing and a curse because there were two separate occasions where people were loud and rowdy during the late nights. (The pool closes at midnight) I called the front desk office and they sent out security within a few mins on the first occasion but it took them 45 mins to arrive the second time. So it was almost 1am and there was a group of highly intoxicated adults that were screaming and laughing right outside of our condo. It was very frustrating. So, aside from this, the condo is very large, spacious and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a tram service that offers to drop off any guests right in front of the beach too. We enjoyed our week stay at Villas at Edgewater.

Spacious and Inviting
We loved this property. It is very spacious and the shower in the master bath is amazing! The location of this villa is perfect as it overlooks one of the pools. The trams were always available to take us to the beach and were at our villa within minutes of us calling. This is definitely somewhere we would want to stay again.

Yearly family vacay
The unit was very clean and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Everything was supplied and loved our view from the balcony every morning. We used the pool by us daily .
Only one small issue was when left villa one evening, were informed unless we had our temporary pass (in car) renewed, would not be able to get back to unit. So had to find main office to have permanent one issued. I felt should have been told our pass would need replaced.
We would definitely stay at this unit again, and hopefully will have more family next summer.

Great place to stay for Seabreeze concert weekend!
Shared the condo with two other couples in town for a jazz festival. The unit was as advertised - clean, great amenities and with a layout that provided everyone privacy. A few glitches with late check-in staff but owner got fixed quickly. Highly recommend.

Great Place w/ great amenities!
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad but we definitely enjoyed having the golf cart tram rides whenever we didn’t want to walk. The resort has so many amenities which was great. We also loved the decor, Go Braves!

Weather was awful but we were working so it didn't really matter.
Villa was nice, clean, and comfortable. Check in was a little rough but once I made it to the correct counter it worked out. Overall a nice stay, I would book it again.

Great space!
We spent our first week here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit is convenient but away from the super busy areas of PCB.

The condo was very clean. We had a few questions and the owner Tim was great with answering all my questions. Its about a 3 minute drive to the beach. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing. There are a few cosmetic things to need to be updated but nothing crazy or nothing that would stop us from staying there again. The bed is squeaky but super comfortable. The pools looked nice we never used them but they looked clean. We couldnt hear any noise outside from the kids playing in the pool. All in all we would stay again everything was great.

We had a great time staying at this location. The amenities of the pools, trams to/from beach and proximity to pier park and several restaurants made this place ideal. Tim responded right away when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in PCB.
