We had a problem accessing the key. We had to go through three doors to enter the studio. The application sent only opened two doors, but we did not find the key of building until the last day of our stay. My two children and I waited at the door for about two hours to go to where we wanted to go and get another hotel. But our good luck, one of the residents opened the main door and we entered the building, unfortunately we encountered a problem there. But finally we succeeded. The studio was very hot. We wanted three separate beds, but there were none. It was good that they sent us the passwords for all three doors.
It was difficult to access the keys. The air inside the studio was hot. The air conditioner was running water and we were worried that it would damage the room floor by being on for a long time

Leaving it! It was awful rundown and dirty. The staff were non responsive. What a dump.
This apartment should be taken off of Booking.com. It is awful. Getting into the apartment was very confusing and clear instructions were not provided. Apartment is dirty, there are spiders and webs everywhere. There is No working air conditioning and all of the screen are broken so you can’t open the windows which makes the place like an oven in 36 degree heat.
The shower head is broken and there is no window coverings so people on the street can see you showering. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up for us we had to make it ourselves. The sofa bed was dirty. we are a family of 5 and they only provided us 4 sleeping pillows the one I found in a cupboard had blood stains on it. When I contacted the owner to ask for 1 more pillow they said I should check every cupboard which I did. After that they were non responsive. I had to stuff a pillowcase with linen to make a pillow. My daughter got bitten by bed bugs. We didn’t sleep at all. Horrible

The property was located in the prime location accessible to the bus and the trains. The staff was very considerate and accommodating. I will always book this house
