The SPA was very nice although unfortunately the schedule was not very good as all services where closing at 19:00 which was not nice at all, particularly if wanting to have a late sauna session.

Not well maintained, the pool blocks the view from the restaurant, there is no privacy when using the toilet as the walls are made of glass, the pillows were very big and hard (not comfy).

Room was spacious and clean , Spa was good, even though they close it early on Sunday.Restaurant was pleasant.

Pool and pool area is very small and stark for size of the hotel, only about 6 sunbeds for guests around it. No electric charging station for my car. No covered parking.

The breakfast was great, allowed us to try things we had not had before and we are now Cranberry and Vanilla tea converts. Lots of choice there really was something for everyone from pastries to scrambled egg or fruit, and great service. The classes that were included in the price were great, we especially enjoyed the meditation class and the walk into town on our first day was really helpful to get our bearings. It is so close to the town and so much choice to eat and drink there, and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel was incredibly clean and everywhere smelt and felt very fresh and relaxing. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The spa facilities were great and we enjoyed using these, as long as you gave a time you wanted to use the facilities you could go anytime you wanted, it was lovely and quiet but it may be busier in high season. It was a very relaxing environment and we really enjoyed our stay.

When I enquired on the first day regarding the air conditioning as we were unable to make it cold, and as I am a women of a certain age air conditioning when we go away is an essential to allow me to sleep, we were told it only produced heat off season and so unable to make it cold. I tried sleeping with the door open for the next 2 nights but this then meant I heard a dog across the way bark for at least 20 minutes when it was let out at 1.30am and 3am so my sleep was broken. I asked if there was a fan but I was told there wasn't. I then enquired again and spoke to another member of staff who told me that the air conditioning did in fact work and instructed me how to make it work, which was a little frustrating as I had not been able to sleep properly for the first 2 nights. We found the bathroom a little strange as it had glass walls so this meant there was no privacy, I was with my husband but still feel there are some things that are best done in private. There was a blind to pull down but as soon as you put the light on in the bathroom you could see straight thorough. We would stay in the hotel again but we would request a private bathroom facility if possible. Also the cups for tea in the room were so small a decent cup of tea was not possible but maybe being British I love a mug of tea to much and this is my issue!

Breakfast was fantastic!

It was a present for my son and his fiancé. They choose the hotel for its Spa. The spa had cold water and they were not told that until after they were told they had to buy bath caps for the hair for 5€ each! Not until they felt the water being cold everywhere in the spa they were told the warm water pump had broken the day before!! How can the staff not inform the guests as they check in?? They would have canceled their room. I feel my gift to the newly engaged couple was not what I wanted to give them. I’m very disappointed! To the hotels favor they did refund the bats caps and they got a free dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Pretty much everything! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. They were very kind and gave us an upgrade which was amazing. The suite was super spacious and confortable. The whole hotel smells great and it just makes you feel at ease. Breakfast was delicious and the spa was fantastic as well. The free workshops are a really cool extra, too. All in all we definitely recommend it for a relaxing and mindful experience.

The only thing I will point out is the bedding... There were quite a few hairs on our bedsheets, which bothered us quite a bit . And the bedsheets themselves weren't very soft.

mini bar had no drinks, only tea bags were available, no coffee . Amenities were below expectations as most of the soap dispensers were not functional . Only 1 pillow per person was available in the room. Room wasnt serviced between nights. Breakfast experience overall was good, but different level of service 1 day you get asked/offered cooked options and the other you arent.

This property was so relaxing, top quality products and services! Amazing heathy and varied breakfast, beautiful big modern room, good classes and a nice walk into town where there are lots of great restaurants!

We get a updrate because the hotel was almost empty, Its a nice hotel for enjoying the room and chill mood. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. We loved the bathroom, bed and the spray for sleep...we where directly calm and welcome

Our bathroom had a LOT of hair in on the floor when we arrived, clearly not cleaned... and was not cleaned while we were there. Yuck. Also, staff is really rude and communication is minimal. They forgot to tell us when the Spa is open and them didn't even apologize but blamed us for not knowing. I have never met this kind of behavior at a hotel... Please avoid.

From the second we arrived and met Miguel in Reception, we knew we had chosen well. All staff particularly Vera in the restaurant went over and beyond our expectation. Its an amazing hotel made even more amazing by genuine customer focused staff. Food was exceptional with stand out breakfast, vegan, vegetarian and fish for dinner - we never tried any meat dishes but I'm certain they too would have been great

I think if the directions to the hotel were simply stated as "behind the hospital" we could have found it much easier.

The hotel was lovely, very relaxing. Great gym and spa. I didn't use the pool, but it's a lovely space and plenty of shade. Hotel is Very clean. Adults only so was nice and quiet. Met some lovely people when doing the daily classes and workshops. Which I would highly recommend. The classes were a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was beautiful, really good food and lots of options. I didn't like the glass bathroom in the room which provided zero privacy. 20 minutes walk to the beach and same to the main entertainment / restaurant area.

Room was amazing, we stayed in one of the junior suites, it was very comfortable and really made our stay special. The spa had a variety of different rooms to use and was never too busy.

Breakfast was sometimes chaotic and there were occasions we were not offered a hot meal. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and despite the hotels 5 star status, we were left disappointed. I ordered lasagne and I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference with a microwave meal. Location from the town/beach was not ideal, you would require a taxi for transfers. Some of the domestic staff did not speak English which made it challenging when seeking assistance.
