Great and helpful host who cares, perfect location for travelers by car, clean property with everything you need.

The location is strategic for exploring Sithonia. Nikiti is a less than a 10 minute drive so if you need to get something from the supermarkets there it is not a problem. You can get to amazing beaches with less than 20-25 minute trips. The village is nice, has shops and restaurants. We had perfect communication with the host and anything we needed was met with care and attention. The host really wants you to have a good time and is interested in how your vacation is going.

The house itself is in near a kindergarten or a school with a playground so nights can get a bit noisy.

Very nice and spacious house. Location is perfect - house is easily accessible from the main road, and also a five minutes walk away from Agios Nikolaos center. Private parking is provided. Good WiFi. A nice garden and a BBQ to be used by the guests. Place is clean and good equipped, if something was missing it was immediately provided upon request. Hosts - Alexandra and Kostas are very kind and welcoming, Kostas provided various information about the village, restaurants, places worth sightseeing, good beaches, etc.

Absolutely the best accommodation that we ever have a chance to stay in Greece. It's clean, spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, two parking spaces, beautiful garden. Air cons work great, wifi is very strong. We had to change the number of people that will stay in the house, and there was no problem. The host is great, she gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants and land us un umbrella and chairs for the beach. Agios Nikolaos is a great place, peaceful, close to Nikiti and beaches, perfect to explore Sithonia.

Very nice house, in beautiful village, perfect for explore Sithonia. House is ideal for families. We were with 6 year old child and had great time. Furniture is new, perfectly clean. Air cons work great. Wi Fi very strong and covers every inch of the house and garden. It has parking spot in the shade. Center of village is very near, there are very good tavernas. Also you can easily cook in the house. Market is close, and market is very good, there were even vegan milk and vegan burgers inside. Also Lild in Nikiti is very short car drive away. Hosts are amazing, you can text them anytime, and they will answer quickly. Very very good value for the money. Beautiful Trani Ammouda beach is few minutes away and it's not crowded even in July.

The location was perfect and provided us quick access to a number of great beaches in the area. We had three rooms which accommodated our family of 5. The hosts were fantastic and kind and communicated well throughout our stay. The internet, A/C, and other amenities were solid. We would highly recommend Blue Fairytale. Great deal!

The only thing that we would recommend improving was the mattress on the queen bed. Other than that everything was great!

A cozy house with all facilities in a quiet village. Very helpful host, clean rooms, location close to the best beaches from Sithonia. I strongly recommend.
