Our three generational family had a wonderful time. The home is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen or for the beach. Plenty of toys for the little ones in the beautiful backyard. It's steps away from a private beach on a very friendly block. Hope to return!

Enjoyed the stay

Our group of 5 " seniors" thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was a perfect location to begin our day trips to other areas of the Cape. We loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the back patio and even tho we didn't use the kitchen beyond that it was a chef's dream! It was a very short walk to the ocean to view the morning sunrise - there's even a bench to sit on! All areas of the home are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were two young families of 5 and had an outstanding experience. Spacious, well appointed home, sleek outdoor patio. Ton of beach amenities including 2 SUP, chairs, toys, and a wagon to make the 60 second walk to the beach. Don’t hesitate if available.

Nice comfortable home steps away from the beach. We were there Easter weekend which is off season in the Cape but still had a nice time walking on the beach with our 3 year old granddaughter collecting shells. Close to Mashpee Commons which is open off season. Good family house with plenty of beds.

We had one week escape from the city in September and it was just perfect. The house, with a charming mermaid theme, had everything we needed for cooking & relaxing including an outdoor gas grill. We enjoyed the one-minute walk to the beach everyday, and this was my granddaughter's first beach experience and she loved it! The neighbors we encountered were so kind and welcoming as well.

In light of Covid-19 we spent all our time at the property or on the beach. We cooked all our meals in. The house, gardens, patio — all perfect. Lovely furnishings, very comfortable and everything we needed for a week long stay. Neighborhood and private beach were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next summer. Thank you!

This house was beautiful and so modern. The kitchen was amazing and we couldn’t wait to cook! Beach chairs, kayaks, corn hole, puzzles and tons of games. The bedrooms were good sized with modern, brand name sheets and comforters. And tons of nice towels. Not having to pack bins of linens was so nice. But the best part was we were steps to the beach and able to go back to the house for lunch, drinks, naps etc. We spent 2 nights dining at the Lure- right on the water with yummy food and entertainment. Great for families of all ages. We are definitely interested in going back!

such a fun time at the house with friends. plenty of space for everyone to relax , explore, and visit with one another. if you dont try the lobster roll down the road at the raw bar...what are you doing?

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to all of our friends. In the past we have rented houses that did not meet all of our needs. This one met all of our expectations and more. We all loved it!

We had a wonderful long weekend here enjoying the house, the street, the neighborhood, the beach. It was memorable in all the right ways. Can't wait to stay here again. Grateful to be able to rent here.

This property was the perfect rental for us! Firstly, the house is simply GORGEOUS -- beautifully decorated, very well-equipped, and very accessible. In particular, we loved the modern kitchen (including a wine fridge), the lovely porches (where you could sit and take in the sea air with either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine), the array of beach and land toys (especially the kayaks and the board games, which were a huge hit!), and the comfy beds. The place was immaculately clean when we got there, and it was an enormous convenience to have all the linen and towels (including beach towels) included in the rental. Aside from the house itself, the location was beyond perfect. We had a group of 8 people, ranging from 10 years old to 80, so it was priceless for us to be just a stone's throw from a beautiful, clean, uncrowded, private beach. People could come and go as they pleased without a big fuss, and everyone could do whatever they wanted. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and on more than one occasion we found ourselves sitting on someone else's porch for an evening drink and chat. Additionally, there is a fabulous mini cluster of lovely stores less than a mile down the road (very easy to bike to) where you can find little boutique stores, a place to rent bikes, a mini golf place, an ice creams store, a few small eateries (including a terrific bakery which makes the best muffins in the morning), and a very lively bar scene! If that's not enough, they also have live music in the evenings during the summer months from Thurs through Sunday where you can sit and be endlessly entertained by dancing children! This corner of the world is truly a slice of heaven, and my husband and I found ourselves wondering about squatters' rights....Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

We stayed for a week and were all so sad when it was over! We had gorgeous weather everyday. The beach is such a short walk it was amazing. The house is decorated so beautifully and has absolutely everything you could need or want. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is outrageous and to have use of kayaks was so generous. Of course we need to go back next summer for a repeat of one of the best vacations we've had in years!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home and beach.

I rented this house for my bridesmaids to stay in for my wedding memorial day weekend at the Poppy. The house was a perfect find and proved to be everything the reviews said. The owners were very responsive and great with all details. We were able to walk to the Inn and take some really pretty pictures before the rehearsal dinner. We cannot thank you enough and definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfectly located and extremely well decorated house!!

This house is beautifully decorated and stocked with whatever you might need. Four good sized bedrooms, 3 baths and a wonderful kitchen, dining and living room area. Wonderful little front deck, big side patio and a fenced grassy back yard. Parking for 4 cars. Street parking is not allowed. The beach is a 1 minute walk. Few shirt steps down to a sandy, private beach. Wonderful! We were there for our son's wedding at the nearby Popponeset Inn. This was the perfect place for the groomsmen to get ready and take pictures. Beautiful house, wonderful location!

We rented in New Seabury over the 4th. The house was in an excellent location and immaculate. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this rental if you want to stay 4 houses from the ocean with about a 100 foot walk to the beach this is the house for you.

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding. The house was gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The owners paid attention to every detail when decorating their home. it was the perfect place for all of us to getting ready for the wedding and a beautiful backdrop for our photographs.

My extended family stayed here as a surprise getaway for my mother's birthday--it was heaven! The pictures, nice as they are, do not do the house justice-- it is luxurious and well-equipped. Every detail, down to the washcloths, has been thoughtfully selected with a great eye for interior decor. The kitchen was very well-equipped-- the knives were actually sharp, there was a milk steaming machine, they even had a selection of cheese knives! My brothers had fun using the kayak and the back yard is perfect for outdoor dinners. The beach, which is just a few houses down, is a wonderful place to play with kids. You can also walk for a long time down Popponesset Beach. The area is part of a private community and feels very protected and quiet. It was incredibly relaxing. Do not hesitate to stay here- we are looking forward to returning!
