The property is poorly maintained. A broken tile at the ground floor entrance was a trip hazard. There were numerous marks on the walls and rough repairs to the plaster. The ignition on the BBQ did not work, nor did a fire lighter in the kitchen draw. In the main bathroom the toilet flush button was broken and the towel rail kept falling out. There were handles missing from bedroom drawers and only 4 hangers in the wardrobe. The plastic seal under both shower doors was missing, allowing water to spill over the floor.

No WiFi !!! Old furniture in poor condition - threadbare lounge, dining table badly needs resurfacing and everything sticks to it. No coffee making equipment of any type!!! No attempt to decorate the place at all - 3 paintings on the walls and nothing else. Walls in poor condition, 3 broken blinds. No hanging space in 2 of the bedrooms. Needs a thorough cleaning at base of shower screens. Only 3 teaspoons for a place that sleeps 8. With a little care this place could be so much better.

The location was perfect for us and the apt itself was great. We were only given one key for two of us for 18 days (two would be expected) but the manager Libby was great and worked with us for a solution. Internet would be nice!

This was amazing from the layout and view to location. Was walking distance to everything. Was very clean and well maintained we would definitely stay again and recommend to all our friends

If you like trains this is the stay for you. The cockle train passes across from the property. It has lovely sea views and is walking distance to all the fun on the foreshore. Sleeps 8 people. Unfortunately there was only 3 mismatched water glasses, 3 smaller drinking glasses very odd wine glasses only 4 cereal bowls 7 chipped and mismatched cups. The basics leave a lot to be desired. We had to buy tea towels. Linen was supposed to be provided. Sheets and towels were provided. For a 10 day stay there was only 2 bin bags provided so we had to purchase those as well. The laundry was good!! There is no cupboard or hanging space in the bunk bedroom and the windows were locked so no fresh air. We did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend this property if the basics were updated!

Unit was lovely but didn't seem to be very clean. Dirty floors, windows and table. Not enough basic supplies eg, toilet roll, dish liquid bin bags. This was a shame as the location and unit would have been ideal if a bit more thought was put into the presentation.

Victor Harbor
Apartment was a typical rental, basically clean but floor needed a wash. Plumbing needed attention during our stay but maintenance man was quick and efficient. Cleaners had left a note to say small sink was faulty and not to use it - why hadn’t they contacted maintenance instead of us having to do it? Hand basin in main bathroom was also faulty. Drains had an unpleasant smell - maybe whole system needed fixing? It was not as good as the photos indicated - much shabbier than as shown.

Break from routine
Delightful apartment. Lots of room for three adults and two children to engage or follow their own pursuits. Great sea views, easy walking distance to beach and shops. Highly recommended.

Bad experience
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the support base of the queen bed broken and our host did not reply or respond at all forcing us to move the mattress into the lounge for nights to be able to sleep

Great location and views
Great overall experience. Owner was kind enough to check us in early due to the heat, without us even asking. A couple of little things missing like spare bin bags and a dust pan. But overall a lovely apartment, very clean, great views and close to everything. Kids loved watching the train go by. Would stay again.

Seaview penthouse
Hi we was renting this property last week the property was clean and tidy , got beach view balcony, all kitchen utilities, washing machine,dryer etc. both the toilet and bathroom was very clean. the shop are just 5 mins walk. I really recommend this place and I will definitely book this property again for my next visit.

Great Location
Fantastic location, walkable distance to all amenities and town in Victor Harbour. Noisy with the traffic, but we got used to that quite quickly. Fab location to watch the steam train come past every day - my son is a tran fanatic and loved this aspect!! Only downside was property could do with Wifi, otherwise can't fault it!

Quality holiday
The Block Penthouse 6 view was perfect, and it was in an ideal location.
The apartment was a perfect place to relax and our children enjoyed the facilities as well.
I highly recommend the apartment for people or families wanting to get away.

Beautiful views and close to town centre
Can't beat the location and the stunning views. Close distance to town, shops and foreshore. Overall we really enjoyed it, and it's an affordable place to stay for what you get. Loved the ease of getting the keys to the apartment too. I hope whoever stays appreciates it as much as we did. Owners are also open to feedback and I'm sure they take it all on board as at the end of the day improvements can only be made if they are told about it.
