La cucina è completamente fornita e il soggiorno / sala da pranzo ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto con tecnologia "intelligente" e wifi. I ventilatori a soffitto (non illustrati nelle foto) si trovano nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere.
C'è un patio cortile comune condiviso dagli ospiti che soggiornano nei condomini che offre una vista sulla baia ed è un luogo perfetto per grigliate e prendere il sole. La vasca idromassaggio può ospitare fino a 8 persone ed è il modo perfetto per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata. The home was lovely, the host was lovely and the area was so nice and close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family of 4, with two kids ages 3 and 6. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Literally steps from the bay and under 5 min walk to the beach. The sand toys and beach equipment were a great touch and laundry onsite made it easy for us to stay for a week! We will be back!

The home is exactly as it appears online…clean, comfortable and in the perfect spot to enjoy Pacific Beach. And, Veronica is a very responsive host.

We very much enjoyed our trip to San Diego! The location was great with a short walk to the bay and Ocean beach. My kids loved playing in the sand and we were happy to find the condo had a few sand toys they could use. Veronica was very easy to work with and prompt with her responses. We would stay here again if we go back some day.

Ideally nestled between the top of Mission Bay and the ocean you get the best of both worlds! Less than a minute walk from the bay and only a few minutes to the ocean! Located on the cusp of both Mission and Pacific Beaches with walkable grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing stores, and even beach yoga! The second floor apartment is ample in space with 2 bedrooms and full baths, nice sized open living/dining room with a large sofa with chaise that pulls out to a sofa bed. Unlike some VRBO thoughtfully equipped with enough basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing and even laundry detergent. Kitchen has plenty of dishware and cooking appliances - even a slow cooker and blender. The newly remodeled design is beautiful and relaxing, I’d actually would love to know the paint color!! Intentionally designed with closets, drawers and wardrobe so you do not have to live out of your suitcase. We were there long enough to meet several neighbors and appreciate the tight knit helpful community. Gorgeous shared patio space with seating for all units and a grill. One of the few units we could find with a hot tub. Laundry is on the first floor, bring quarters but you can leave detergent at home. I already miss being there!

We had a blast at this location. It’s located right between 2 beaches a couple minutes walk to either one. It’s also centrally located near sea world, old town, etc. couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend this property.

The property was in a good location, close to the Catamaran Hotel, where we were attending a wedding. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Right off the bat we were impressed with how accurate the listing was! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything was very nice and my family and I had so much fun enjoying exploring mission beach. This place is the perfect vacation spot! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Best location! Steps away from the quiet, peaceful side of the bay. That side is perfect for relaxing without the crowds and letting kids play in the water without the waves. But then the fun side of the beach is about a 3-4 min walk. That part of the beach was never crowded either. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub as well.

The location is perfect, one block from the bay and two from the ocean, which meant we could enjoy the boardwalk and big ocean waves and calmer walks along the bay. The place was just as described with new, modern furnishings that kept us comfortable and allowed us to enjoy many meals at “home.” We were the only family staying during our trip, so we took advantage of the hot tub and soaked in the sun on the fenced in patio while the kids played with bubbles and chalk. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and hope we can come back soon!

From furnishings to comfort and especially the location, this apartment was a top pick for us in Mission Beach. We especially loved sitting outside in the sunny front yard under an umbrella.

This was our second time staying here and we love love love the location. The hot tub and BBQ are also great. Not so great this time was the construction right next door. I feel like this should have been listed so you know what you're getting instead of showing up and being disappointed. We love sitting on the patio reading and it just wasn't peaceful this time with jack hammering going on a few feet away. When I messaged the owner about it there were no apologies or sympathies. I feel like the place should be listed at a discount while the construction is on. And the owner should be more upfront about it.

We had a great stay at this property! The place itself was updated and clean and the location was amazing. We could see the bay from the front patio and could easily walk to the beach side as well as markets and restaurants. The hot tub was also a big plus!!!

This is the second time I’ve booked at this place. It is very conveniently located to the Bay, the ocean, restaurants, and other attractions. The owner is very quick to respond. It has a very homey feel to it.

Great location. Walking distance to just about everything and anything. Beautiful place. Checking in was simple, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen … and then some (coffee was paid forward - so we did as well).
Wasn’t sure if the hot tub was working - but we honestly didn’t have time for it anyway… highly reccomend!

We loved this property! It is extremely close to the bay and the beach. There are sidewalks and many things within walking distance. The condo is nice and very comfortable, it has everything you need. The hot tub is amazing too!

It does get warm sometimes but Veronica has ceiling fans and floor fans available which really helped!

We had a truly lovely vacation in this home. We were there for a month and it was a wonderful long term rental. The property is better than described and pictured. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely appointed and we didn't need anything while we were cooking meals. the location is to die for. It's a minute walk from the bay and right across the street from the ocean. The walkability is fantastic. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and Belmont Park.
We had three kids with us and they had set it up nicely for kids to be able to enjoy with sand and ocean toys.
If you're looking for a great vacation home in Mission Bay, look no further!

We loved our getaway to this cute vacation rental! The owners were helpful and kind. We loved being so close to the bay for easy beach days. The hot tub was a highlight.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect, all you need for a long stay, very well equipped kitchen if you like to cook at home. Perfect for family and long time. We stayed 6 weeks.
Veronica was very helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to some paper problems we had to fix and which kept us staying longer than planned.

Great spot to stay in San Diego!
This was such a great VRBO! The property was located between the bay and the beach so water was never far away. It was clean, updated and comfortable! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location for a vacation in San Diego.
I really enjoyed staying at Veronica‘s place in San Diego. The location was wonderful. I enjoyed walks and bike rides on the beach, dining at local beach restaurants, and watching the sunset. The property was very clean and comfortable. I especially liked the hot tub. I highly recommend Veronica‘s place for a short or long stay in San Diego.

This also included many vendors going up and down the stairs. We feel the owner should have disclosed this to us prior to our renting the property, as we might have made different arrangements. The location, however, was perfect. 2 blocks from the beach and a block to the bay.
