Questa proprietà aveva finestre con doppi vetri e isolamento acustico installato nella parte anteriore e laterale della struttura per ridurre drasticamente il rumore del traffico precedentemente menzionato nelle vecchie recensioni.

La nostra regione vinicola, il famoso Cataract George, il birrificio Boags, l'iconico City Park, la fattoria di lavanda e la strada panoramica lungo il fiume Tamar fino all'unico Platypus e allevamento di cavalli marini di Austalia è solo l'inizio.

This is the 2nd time we have tried staying here for work and both times have been kept awake most of the night. Due to the road works and traffic noise.
Extremely early this morning the road edge around a vacant block was being torn up and this noise carried through out the entire house and bedrooms. This noise appeared to come from the location. Where a house has been pulled down. It is a pity, as this accommodation anywhere else would be a top 10. Its so clean & comfortable bar the endless noise.

We were very impressed to find the home warm when we arrived late on a cold day, after attending an outdoor funeral. We were frozen through but quickly defrosted. The property was quiet, well equipped and the bed comfortable. The only negative we found was a dirty floor near the bathroom vanity, and several dirty patches on the living room floor. Neither enough to cause us concern. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We are happy to recommend this property to others.

We had an enjoyable stay , convenient and comfortable accommodation, great hosts that made the check in check out seem less .
The only change I would recommend would be to remove the kitchen food pantry out of the laundry / toilet and in to the kitchen or dining room .
This is a great house for families and can easily accommodate larger groups .

Found this a great place to stay and very central. The reeds along the driveway were a pain as kept setting my reversing alarm off. Ha ha

It is so good that Emma and Dale offer pet-friendly accommodation. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in one of their houses and would definitely stay again. Bradman House was very clean and tidy. The garden is fenced so dog can be let out safely. The area is a bit industrial so there is a fair bit of noise from trucks but other than that, its a very comfortable home to stay in. Ideal for groups
Ideal for our group, plenty of space and just a short stroll into main streets. The property was well presented and was super easy communicating with owner. The opportunity to hire their mini bus was very helpful for our group to day trip around and at a great price.

Outdated and uncomfortable
The property decor was extremely outdated. A quick trip to Kmart or similar to replace the decor and create a cosy and flowing feel would go far. The place itself did not feel clean with thick layers of dust, dirt and grime on pictures and hairs folded up within the towels. There was very little to do and the battleship board game provided was missing pieces.
No bedding or pillows were provided for the single beds, the queen bed mattress was like concrete and the house itself was cold.
The location was great, close to the new Riverbend Playground and the CBD.

Over several stays the property has always been immaculately clean, The hosts are keen to continue upgrading the features of the property .. the soundproofing at the front and a lovely new paint job are examples. The hosts are always very welcoming and ready to help guests enjoy their stay.

Very clean and bright stay. Close to everything
Great little property to stay 2 nights...bit disappointed there was only 1 bathroom when the it was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms...there was 2 toilets though which was good...tv remote didn't work as it belonged to another brand of tv...overall nice stay...thank you
