Excellent Duplex Apartment on the first line of the Lagos Marina
Eccellente duplex nella prima linea del premiato 'Marina de Lagos' e nella splendida città turistica di LAGOS, nell'Algarve occidentale. Gli ospiti possono godere della fantastica piscina del Marina Club Hotel con una piscina separata per bambini, splendidi giardini circondati da ulivi e una grande quantità di sedie a sdraio. L'appartamento è arredato e offre alloggi di alta qualità tra cui aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e cucina attrezzata. Dal salotto, le porte del patio si aprono su un ampio balcone privato che riceve il sole per gran parte della giornata, con vista sui lussuosi yacht che attraccano a questa Marina. C'è un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto e lettini per il relax. Per accedere alla porta principale dell'appartamento, devi salire una scala con 44 gradini. Ristoranti, bar e negozi si trovano a 5 minuti a piedi dell'appartamento nella zona che circonda la Marina, più 10 minuti a piedi vi condurranno al centro dell'affascinante città di Lagos, ricca di storia e cultura; le strade acciottolate sono una gioia da esplorare, splendidamente piene di caffè, ristoranti e negozi. Una delle tante spiagge del resort Lagos è a soli 8 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento con sabbia dorata e soffice che si estende a perdita d'occhio! Questo appartamento offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi, la tranquillità della Marina e, a pochi passi di distanza, il vivace centro storico di Lagos con molti bar, negozi e ristoranti. C'è un fantastico supermercato "Pingo Doce" che si trova sul retro del complesso.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Lagos. It is clean, bright and well-appointed, but the best thing about it was the lovely terrace and the location. The terrace looks over the marina with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs, great for people watching and the comings and goings of the boats. Shady in the morning but nice afternoon sun. And the apartment is steps from the bars and restaurants at the marina, a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful 5 km long Meia Praia beach.Inside the apartment was very spacious and comfortable - good beds, lots of light and a well-appointed kitchen with what looked like new appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. The underground parking was a bonus, secure and easy to access with an electric door opened by a key fob.The owners local agent showed us around the building when we arrived, so check in was easy, and she promptly answered the few questions we had.Our only very minor complaint, and it’s very minor, is that the decor and bathrooms are a little dated. However, there is newer furniture in the living room than what is shown in the photos.We spent more than three weeks in the apartment and would highly recommend it and Lagos!

This is a well situated condo, within walking distance of everything one needs in Lagos. It is a large space, with a/c and heat in every room, a small but nice gas stove, dishwasher and washer. Master bedroom is quite comfortable. The apartment itself is quite dated and could use a facelift in terms of furnishings and decor. There is no real sunshine on the balcony, at least not in the month of November, although to be fair, that may be different in the summer months. The owner, Luis, has a different set of rules for cancellations than the VRBO website states, which led to some confusion and stress. However, the owner is within his rights to make his own rules, and he did state them but they were overshadowed by the large print of the VRBO cancellation policy. This condo is on the top floor, so there are 44 steps to climb to reach it, but it was good exercise!!
